Chapter 11: I'M BAAAAACK

December 2010

Julia’s POV

I jumped out of bed and ran into the shower. I took the fastest shower in the world. I threw on my ripped shorts, my strapless lily printed shirt, and my black vans. I threw on a little bit of makeup and straightened my hair. It was 10 in the morning. I ran out to Starbucks and got myself some coffee and breakfast. I finished eating and it was 10:30. I pulled up outside the jail and stood outside the front gate. I waited 30 minutes sitting on the concrete. I got up and called Ronnie’s dad. He had everything packed for tonight. I turned around and I saw the main doors open. Ronnie was walking out with all of his things. The main gate opened. He threw his stuff to the ground. I ran towards him and jumped into his arms. He spun me around holding me close. I started crying and my mascara ran. “Ronnie you’re free.” I said. “I am Julia. I have missed you so much.” He said. He held me close smelling the air and touching the grass and everything. I grabbed his hand and one of his bags and walked to the car. We got in and he turned on the radio full blast. My new Black Veil Brides CD was in. Ronnie watched me as I sang along. I burned him a CD and gave it to him when it first came out. He said he listened to it a lot. “I missed your beautiful voice.” He said. I blushed. We pulled up to his dad’s house. His dad ran outside and hugged Ronnie. Followed by his brother. “I missed you guys so much.” He said. “We missed you too Ronnie.” His dad said. I winked at his brother. He blindfolded Ronnie and we put everything in the car and headed off to the airport. “Where are you taking me?” he asked. “Shhhh I planned a surprise for my best friend.” I said. We managed to get him on the plane and he still didn’t know where we were going.  We landed in Pittsburg. I smiled and it was almost game time. I sat Ronnie down and told him not to take off his blindfold. I ripped off his jacket and shirt. I put on his Roethlisberger jersey and threw back on his jacket. “It is cold wherever we are.” He said. “I know goober.” I said. I put gloves and a hat on him. I threw on my jeans that had fur on the inside of them. I put on my Roethlisberger Jersey and jacket. I threw on my Steelers beanie and fingerless gloves. We all walked up to the stadium and I ripped off his blindfold. “Ta da.” I said. His jaw dropped. “A Steelers versus Panthers football game.” I said. He hugged me tightly. “Thank you so much. All of you guys.” He said pulling us into a group hug. I gave his dad my camera and he took a picture of me and Ronnie in front of the stadium. Then I took one of him, his dad and his brother all together. Ronnie smiled and we all ran up to the seats. We all sat there cheering our hardest. Ronnie was enjoying himself. He held my hand a lot. Towards the end he pulled me onto his lap because I was cold. At the end the Steelers won 27-3. I had so much fun. We all headed back to the hotel room. Ronnie’s dad got a separate room from me, Ronnie and his brother. His brother decided to stay with his dad though because he was tired. I went into the bathroom and took a quick hot shower. I came out and found Ronnie already lying in bed with his hoodie and pajama pants on. I put on my favorite hoodie of his and my Steelers pajama pants and crawled in next to him. “There are two beds you know.” He said. “I know but I like this one.” I said cuddling my face into his chest. “Ronnie I missed you so much.” I said wrapping my arms around him. “I know Julia I missed you too.” He said wrapping his arms around me. I looked up into his beautiful brown eyes and kissed the tip of his nose. He kissed my forehead and we fell asleep. I woke up to find Ronnie sitting on the other bed with his guitar and singing. I rolled over and pretended to be asleep so I could hear him sing. The lyrics were beautiful. I played them out over and over in my head after he finished.

Ronnie’s POV

I woke up and Julia was still asleep. I got up and grabbed my guitar. I sat on the other bed strumming. I played one of the songs I wrote while I was away. This song meant a lot to me.
