Chapter 15: Prank Wars Begin

Julia’s POV

I woke up and saw those big beautiful brown eyes looking at me. “Morning beautiful.” He said kissing me. “Morning sexy.” I said kissing him. We have been together for about two weeks and it has been absolute bliss. For our first date he took me to the end of Warped Tour party. It was the best date ever. I rolled out of bed and realized I was only wearing one of his shirts and my underwear. Last night’s events came back to me and I smiled. Ronnie got up and he was in only his boxers. I snapped a picture of us kissing in the mirror. I posted it on my Instagram saying I love my boyfriend he means the world to me. My Instagram was private so only I could pick who could follow me. Mika of course was blocked. I still haven’t gotten the balls to tell Ronnie yet. I really wanted to but I was scared. The guys said they would sit with me when I decided to do it. I decided soon before they headed out on tour and I was stuck on a bus with him. We both got in the shower and made out a little bit. We got out and got dressed. I came down the stairs and there Jacky was holding a cup of Starbucks coffee and a toasted blueberry muffin. “Jacky I think I love you right now.” I said drinking the coffee. “You saved me the effort of leaving the house." I said. “Well you know what’s going on right now.” He said. “Please no.” I said. “Yes, Julia it’s now or never.” He said “I chose never.” I said. Ryan gave Ronnie his coffee and muffin. Ryan took my coffee and food. “HEY!” I said. He sat me down on the couch and sat next to me. “What’s going on?” Ronnie asked. Ryan gave me my food. “Tell him Julia.” Jacky said. “No Jacky. It can wait.” I said. “You tell him or I will.” Derek said. “Tell me about what?” Ronnie asked. I looked at him. “Baby what happened?” he asked. “Mika sexually assaults me.” I said quickly and started eating my muffin. “He what?” Ronnie said angry. “This muffin is amazing. Thanks for getting it for me Jacky.” I said. “Julia, this is serious.” Jacky said. “Fine, Mika fucking sexually assaults me. He has raped me multiple times. He is the one who got me pregnant Ronnie. That is why I got an abortion. He continually does so even though we are together. I try to fight him but I can’t.” I yelled. I was in tears. Then as somewhat by magic Mika came through the front door. Ronnie put down his coffee and food. “Run.” He said to Mika. Mika looked at me crying. I ran to Jacky. He held me. Ronnie chased after Mika. He tackled him to the ground and started punching him. Ryan grabbed Ronnie as Derek grabbed Mika. “Get the fuck out of this house and get the fuck out of this band. You are unwelcomed here.” Ronnie yelled spitting on Mika. “Fuck you Radke.” He said. Derek took him upstairs to pack and then he was kicked out. Derek went to the store and got new locks for all the doors and locks for the windows. I was sitting in Ronnie’s arms right now crying. He was singing me my song softly. “Something I cannot forget.” He sang finishing. I looked up at him and kissed him gently. “I won’t let anyone hurt you Julia.” He said. “I know you won’t Ronnie. You have always protected me.” I said. I heard a knock on the door. Jacky came in with my dad. “Hi daddy.” I said. “Hi Julia. Hi Ronnie.” He said shaking Ronnie’s hand. “What brings you here?” I asked. “Well I got a call from Craig. Leila got in a car accident with Gabriella and she really wants to see you.” He said. I got up and grabbed my keys. I called Craig. “Which hospital?” I asked. He told me and I threw my phone in the passenger seat. Ronnie jumped in and I drove off. I raced to the hospital surprisingly no one pulled me over. I got out of the car and ran inside. Ronnie was behind me. “Leila Mabbitt.” I said. The nurse told me the room number. I ran to the elevator and ran past Craig in the hallway. I ran into the room. “Leila. Baby girl.” I said kissing her face all over. “Hi Julia.” She said. “Gabby.” I said hugging her. “Hey.” She said smiling. “What the hell happened?” I asked. “We were driving down the street and a guy backed out into us. Leila is better than me. I broke two ribs and my arm. She only has a couple bruises and scrapes.” Gabby said. “I’m glad you two are okay.” I said hugging them both. Leila hugged me tightly. “Don’t leave.” She said. I moved her over a little and crawled in next to her. I sang her Gorgeous Nightmare and she fell asleep. “Julia, thank you. She really loves you.” Gabby said. “I really love her too. And I’m glad were friends now.” I said. “Hey if I ever went out will you be willing to babysit?” she asked. “Of course. Anything for you or Leila.” I said. “Still not on good terms with Craig?” she asked. “I’m trying but it is hard. Now get some rest. I will see you tomorrow.” I said. She nodded and I hugged her goodbye. I walked out in the hallway and Craig was crying on the ground. I sat down next to him and rubbed his back. “Craig, they are okay. They have no life threatening injuries.” I said. “I know but I should’ve been with them. The guy got away. That is not okay with me.” He said. I hugged him until he stopped crying. “Where’s Ronn?” I started to ask till he kissed me. I pushed him away. “Craig, I’m with Ronnie now. I’m sorry but you are too late.” I said. “I’m sorry. Please forgive me Julia.” He said. “Craig, I forgive you for the kiss.” I said. “Thank you.” He said. “Ready to go Julia?” Ronnie asked. “Coming Ronnie.” I said. I hugged Craig goodbye and left with Ronnie.

Ronnie’s POV

“I saw.” I said. “Ronnie, it meant nothing and you know that, you know I love you and only you.” She said kissing me. “I know Julia. It still hurt a lot.” I said. “Well I’m sorry boo. I’ll make it up to you.” She said holding my hand as I drove us home. We got home and I remembered Derek was changing all the locks and we didn’t get a new key. “Julia, what are you doing?” I asked. “There’s an open window.” She said climbing through it. I heard her come around. She opened the door and she was covered in flour. “Prank wars have begun.” She said. “Shit!” I yelled. We have prank wars once every other month for three days. It is always fun. Last year Ryan won but this time it was my year. We ran upstairs and into my room. We checked to make sure no one was in here and we locked the door. I helped Julia dust herself off. She headed into the closet and put on my favorite Iron Maiden shirts. “You love that shirt don’t you?” I said. “Yes I wore it to bed mostly every night when you were gone.” She said hugging me. I felt tears on my shirt. “Don’t worry Julia. I will never leave you ever again.” I said. She looked up at me. I looked into her beautiful deep blue eyes. I kissed her gently as she wrapped her arms around my neck. I picked her up and took her downstairs. I sat down on the couch with her. She put on the TV and got up. “Where are you going?” I asked. She placed a finger to her lips. She walked around behind the counter and got out the vinegar. She went upstairs and came back down with a syringe. She put some vinegar in the syringe and then injected five water bottles with vinegar. I laughed a little. I’m not drinking water anytime soon. She left them on the counter and hid the evidence. She sat back down on my lap. “Payback is a bitch.” She said smiling. I laughed and kissed her. Jacky came in and took a water. “Hey guys.” He said. We waved and went back to watching SpongeBob. “What the fuck?” we heard Jacky say. We turned and there was water spit up on the floor. We started laughing. “Prank war?” he asked. We nodded. “Who started it?” he asked. “I don’t know. I came through a window and got antiqued. Whoever did it is going to pay for it getting in my hair.” Julia said. I laughed and kissed her forehead. “Stop being adorable.” Jacky whined. Julia looked at me and I nodded. She got up and kissed Jacky’s cheek. He smiled. Jacky and Julia are basically brother and sister. They probably are brother and sister and don’t even know it. That would be kind of funny. Julia sat back down on my lap. “Ducky be careful when you go in your room.” Julia said as he headed upstairs. “Will do Goober.” He said. I laughed. “Why does he call you Goober and you call him Ducky?” I asked. “Because we do. I don’t know why. It just happened one day.” She said smiling.

Jacky’s POV’

I love Julia. She is always looking out for me like an older sister. She is my best friend ever. I don’t know what I would do without her sometimes. I walked into my room and checked everything out and it seemed safe. I fell back on my bed and it fell to the ground. I screamed. Julia and Ronnie came running upstairs. Ronnie fell to the ground laughing. Julia tried to control herself and helped me up. “Who did this?” I asked. “We didn’t.” Julia said. I walked into Derek’s room and opened his closet. I found the missing part of my bed. Ronnie already picked up my mattress. I put down the wooden bottom to stop it from falling. Ronnie put my mattress back on my bed. I sat down and smiled. “Thanks guys.” I said. They nodded and headed back downstairs. I sat down on my bed and replayed today’s events in my head. Mika is a fucking asshole. I heard knocking from my window and saw it was him. I grabbed my cellphone and dialed 911. I showed him and he banged louder on the glass. I called and the cops showed up. “What’s going on?” Ronnie asked. “Mika is trying to break in.” I said. The cops got him off the roof and brought him to the door. “This man claims he lives here.” The officer said. “He used to.” Ronnie said bitterly. Julia was hiding him. “Miss everything alright?” the officer asked. “No.” she said. She went off into another room with an officer. He came back and dragged Mika off to the car. “What did you tell him?” I asked. “Everything.” She said. “I’m so proud of you Goober.” I said hugging her. “Me too babe.” Ronnie said kissing her. She smiled and Ryan came home with Derek. “How’s your hair?” Ryan asked. “You asshole.” She said. I grabbed Julia. “Run Ryan.” I said. She broke free and tackled him to the ground. “Ronnie, can you get me some water.” Julia said. He nodded and brought her a water bottle. She opened his mouth and poured the water in. She got up and he started spitting out the water. “Bitch.” He said. “I love you too Ryan.” She said hugging him. “I love you too Julia.” he said. We all headed inside. “Well we need a bassist.” I said. “I found one. He said he would love to be a part of the band and he is clean Ronnie.” Ryan said. “When can he try out?” Ronnie said eagerly. We all laughed. “I will call him in the morning.” Ryan said heading upstairs to sleep. Derek went to bed too. I heard him fall to the floor with his mattress and started laughing. “I’m tired too. Night Ducky.” Julia said. “Night Goober.” I said hugging her. She and Ronnie went upstairs to bed. I made myself some tea and headed to bed myself.
