in justin's life, there weren't many people in his life that wanted the best for him. there had already been so many obstacles, like being mute, that got in his way.
but, to add to that list, people sought out to hurt him. . .
: :she came back. . .
what does she want?
she hurt me so bad. . .
she broke me. . .
why?
season sat in the white room, the flood of people, filled with concern, rushed by her in attempt to be seen.
but, right now, season didn't want to be seen. she wanted to become invisible. she'd always wanted to be invisible as a kid. whenever someone would ask about superpowers. the little dark skinned girl would say only one word. invisibility. . .
now, she ached for it. so much had happened during the course of the day, and she just wanted to roll up in a ball and drift away.
really, season didn't know why she had been feeling like this, but she was.
that day was great with justin, and when that girl showed up, everything took a turn for the worst. it all happened like a flash of lightning. justin collapsed, his head falling back to hit another vacant chair behind him. all the trauma hurt him, instantly pulling him into a coma.
at first, season didn't think it was that bad. she kneeled beside him, grasping onto his cheeks, and calling his name. when he didn't answer, she'd went to check his pulse, to see that is was very slow. so, she ended up calling the paramedics.
and, here season was, in an hospital's waiting room. yes, justin had been out for a few days now, and season had definitely felt like it was her fault. she couldn't bear going into that hospital room to see the innocent boy laying unconscious.
"ms. smith?" a voice pulled season from her thoughts, as she looked up to meet the eyes of the older man in white attire. the man stood by the doors that would lead people deeper into the hospital, where they held everyone.
"yes?" season croaked from her spot on the uncomfortable chair, her eyes glued onto the man, her eyes hopeful that this doctor would have good news for her about justin.
she noticed that he had a certain type of expression, one that she couldn't read. concern?
"you should really go see him," the man said, holding his clipboard close to his chest, looking at the girl behind his glasses. this man remembered the day that justin bieber was brought into the hospital.
his unconscious body laying limp, his eyes closed as if he'd been sleeping. and, there had been a girl with him. season was that girl. she came in with her body filled with fear in what was wrong. she frantically stayed in the lobby, day after day, even stayed at night sometimes.
