[26] - night out
do you enjoy nights out with your friends?
J.
justin. justin had never been out with friends, if season didn't count. he didn't know what it felt like to party with friends, drink alcohol or get high. but, pattie was happy that he had never experienced anything like that.
but, she would learn that season would open up so many different doors for her son.
good and bad. . .
: :"drew, what do you like pepperoni on your pizza?" season held her phone to her ear, as she looked over to justin.
justin nodded in his seat, his eyes glancing over to season, as she stood in the doorway of her living room. she nodded, in understanding, and continued to order their midday snack. which was pizza. . .
who didn't like pizza on a nice wednesday afternoon?
season hung up the phone, and set it down on the coffee table before she slumped down beside justin on her couch. justin didn't mind pizza, as long as he got to hang with season today.
he couldn't yesterday, because she had to attend her college classes the whole afternoon, and it would have been about eight when she was finished, and they would've been tired, so they waited until the next day.
season happily invited justin inside the small apartment she shared with her nosey roommate, lauren.
lauren had classes today, so season had the apartment all to herself and waited for justin to arrive. and here he was chilling out on her couch.
"so, drew bear, was your day good?" season asked, propping her feet on up the coffee table, as she looked over at justin. justin scrunched up his face, and shrugged. it was okay, he guessed. "it was okay?" season only stuck with asking questions that required yes and no, so she didn't confuse him.
season chuckled at justin, turned her attention back up to the tv, as the waited for the pizza delivery to arrive. . .
the morning had been slow, and there had been nothing on tv to watch, so season tried to find something to do while they waited.
"so, the weather is nice," season tried to stop her giggles, as she spoke up about the weather. justin, in his seat, grinned, his eyes shifting to catch her glaze. and, at the sight of his grin, season burst into fits of laughter, right then and there.
it also made justin laugh, silently, as he listened to season fail to make conversation with him. but, he knew he couldn't laugh, he was terrible at it, too.
"wow, even your laughs are silent," season said with amazement, her eyes wide at justin. justin didn't do anything, but looked down sadly. yes, it was true, you couldn't hear his laughs, but season didn't know that until now.
justin nodded, in conformation to her statement.
"so, if i tickled you, you would laugh, but i wouldn't hear it?" season questioned him, and at the mention of tickling, justin was quick to shake his head no, as a small smile came to his face. season only smirked at him, mischievously.
