[41] - sleepover

you ever feel embarrassed in public for the actions of others?

J.

justin. justin never really had friends to begin anti-social and mute, which made him feel like he could never be understood by anyone else other than his mother. he felt that no one would know the struggle he went through.

but, with season, he felt differently. . .
: :

"what movie are we watching?" season asks the group of young adults who sat in the living room of her house. her eyes shifted over every person waiting for an answer from at least one of them.

"uhh, i wanted mean girls, but cole said no," sierra shrugged her shoulders, as cole rolled his eyes at her. season laughed a bit, feeling justin's body at her side. she hadn't even noticed that he was still by her side, a small smile on his face.

but, all her friends noticed it. even yazy did. . .

"y'all are so cute," erin teased season and justin, pointing her manicured nails their way. at her words, luke laughed beside her, before he nodded in agreement with his own girlfriend. this made season glance downward, and justin to blush.

"whatever," season dismissed her friends, grabbing justin's larger hand in her's and pulling him down to the empty space on the couch, a seat away from yazy. season let justin sit down first, and made herself a seat on his lap.

she nuzzled her face into his chest, and let him wrap his arms around her body. her legs on either side of his hips, keeping him with her, snuggly. season didn't even care that her friends looked on, smirks on their faces.

she only cared for justin that much. .

"well, since that is over, let's pick a scary movie," cole said, moving his eyes away from the couple to the stack of movies on the television console. he reached for a movie that looked to be scary, seeing all the bloody gore on the case of it.

"this'll work," cole said with a sigh, before putting the movie into the dvd player and sitting back onto the couch with sierra. "i'm just gonna eat the whole time," erin told the group, once she stuffed a handful of chips into her mouth.

"fatty. . ." her boyfriend teased, as his lips went to press against her cheek. his acts made her look his way, and playfully slap his bicep. but, they were shushed when the movie came on. everyone's attention was turned to the television screen, their eyes wide.

the screech of a female blurred through the speakers of the television, immediately making sierra scream also. she jumped in her seat, and reached for cole's arm. he yanked his arm away though, before settling back down in his seat.

justin felt the fingers of season curling into his side, her eyes on the television screen. they all watched the title screen appeared, before the actual movie started. the soft music in the background, as a lady walked into a house.

the dimly lit room only added to the horror atmosphere, making it even more difficult to keep their eyes on the screen. plus, the quietness of the room.

season had never liked the horror genre, and always steered away from it. she did not know how she was sitting in the living room watching a horror film. but, it seemed that justin couldn't be better.
