[22] - drew bear

are things ever normal?

J.

justin. justin didn't get the term, chilling out, because he'd never been educated by friends or peers the same age as him.

he stayed by himself for the most part, sometimes expressing his feelings with his mother, but that was about it.
: :

justin laid in his bed, his hands over his closed eyes, trying to block the sun from shining it's powerful rays on him. even though he was partially successful, justin silently muttered something under his breath about the sun.

justin had never been a morning person. he'd never want to get up in the morning to be met with happy people and the sun. and school. . .

he just liked to lay in his bed, a comfy bed, and just sleep the day away. he thought that if he slept, no one could hurt him that way. he'd be save, all alone, in his bedroom. the curtains would be slid closed, his body in between the warmth of his sheets and his bed.

but, something actually woke him up from his sleeping in.

his phone beside the bed buzzed slightly, making his eyes jolt open and stare up at the ceiling of his bedroom for a second. the level of irritation in him was building, high. he really wasn't a morning person.

who could this be at this hour? justin didn't have any friends. . .

but, still, justin leaned over from where he laid and picked up his phone from the nightstand. his lazy eyes slowly read over the notifications bar on his phone, indicating that he was definitely had one new text message.

justin shifted upward before he unlocked his phone and put in the password. he then clicked on the message.

season; GOOD MORNING, DREW.

justin slowly read over the message. and, he didn't know that a small smile was ghosting over his lips. a new warmth spread across his body, as brain tried to process what was happening to him at nine in the morning.

and after he had processed it, justin was quick to type back to her.

justin; hey. good morning to you, too.

justin sent the message to season, and put his phone down by his side. he was very happy that she had texted him, and now, he didn't even care that much about the sun that was taking this time to sun it's rays onto justin's face, freely.

sure, justin was currently being blinded by the yellowish glow from his curtains, but he was still high from season's text message. even though justin wasn't a morning person, he was now elated to get the text so early in the morning.

hestiantly, justin was ready for her to text him back. his early irritation was slowly being replaced by happiness.

it only took about a few minutes before justin's phone buzzed beside his body. and surely, justin opened up the text message.

season; drew, wyd??

at that small text, justin was more than happy that season, at least, seemed interested in his own life. he was happy that someone was finally showing signs that they really cared. unlike some people he had knew.
