[17] - dying

you ever been in a situation where you didn't know what you do or what to think? because for some people they try to take the easy way out. . .

J.

as earlier when it was brought to your attention that justin has always been observant. since he'd been unconscious and in a coma, he'd been even more observant, even when he couldn't talk or see. . .

he sure could hear and listen, but pattie must not have known that. . .
: :

it's been about a week since justin had awaken and was released from the hospital with only over-the-counter prescription drugs that would cure any type of pain that he'd feel for a few days.

it's been quiet at the bieber resident after justin's little accident, seeing that the tense was very thick between pattie and jeremy.

but, no one in that household was fine.

since coming home, pattie usually stayed locked up in her bedroom, her body tucked deeply away underneath a blanket on her bed, the remote to her tv in her hand. her eyes keep to the tv, her mind knowing that if they didn't, her mind would only float back to that day when her husband showed up at the hospital.

the first day justin and pattie went home, jeremy was nowhere to be found. pattie had checked the basement, but hadn't found him. in heart, she was definitely pleased, knowing that she didn't have to deal with him until he'd come back.

if he'd ever come back.

but, pattie knew she had more to worry about.

like her son.

justin hadn't left his room in days. just like pattie, justin was tucked in his room, his head spinning with new information he'd gotten days ago. it was still freshly swimming around his head.

justin sat on his bed, his knees close to his chest, his eadie resting against the headboard.

he'd been thinking about what he heard at the hospital. from season leaving to hearing his father's voice. it had been a little over a decade since he'd heard the sound of his father's voice.

that's why it probably hurt justin so much.

the sound of his father's voice rang in his head again, replaying repetitively. justin felt like he was definitely going insane, hearing that husky laugh of the voice he'd had in his head.

you are so clueless of what is happening. . .

you don't know anything.

you can't even do anything for yourself. . .

so fragile and naive, just like how i remembered you to be. . .
