[25] - human

when you need help, do you ask for it?

J.

justin. justin was rarely one to ask for help. to be honest, he asked no one for help. yes, he asked, more like gestured, for help from his mother, but no one else.

he didn't trust everyone, especially when people have the reputation for backstabbing and betrayal. because, let's face it. . .we're are human, right?

"so, what we doing today?" lauren asked, as she walked into season's bedroom, her hands tangled up in her tall ponytail.

season laid upon her bed, her eyes barely open. once she heard her friend's voice, she instantly looked up to see her in her doorway with a small smirk.

"what?" season questioned her friend as to why she was smirking so early in the morning. lauren shrugged her shoulders, and moved to sit on the edge of season's bed. that same smirk still on her face.

"you had fun with justin?" lauren had found out that season was definitely coming down with feeling for the boy. the way season spoke of him, constantly, or whenever she'd text him, a smile would appear on her face.

to be honest, lauren was greatly happy that season had finally found a boy that wouldn't try to be a douche and leave her after she'd say that she was a virgin. but, justin didn't know that. . .

"he knows?" lauren was very protective of her friends, especially season. season had a tendency to become close to guys that would only be out to get something out of her. and, season was very caring of eveyone, and would never see the bad in those guys.

but, that's why lauren was there for her. she sniffed out the real and fake. and even though she'd only met justin once, she'd seen how they looked at each other. and, yes, justin did want something from season.

her love. . .

"does he know what?" season again, questioned lauren about her questions. no, she hadn't told justin about being a virgin, because there was no reason to at the moment. right now, their relationship was just friends, with maybe a little something on the side. . .

that's all.

"he doesn't know that you're a virgin?" lauren cleared up her question, as her eyebrows raised in surprise. season huffed at her friend's question, "no, he doesn't. and i'm about ninety percent sure he wouldn't care," season rolled her eyes at lauren, as she sat up.

lauren faced season and held a knowing look on her face. "what about that ten percent?" lauren held in her laugh, as season's face told lauren that she was now annoyed with the questions.

"look, lauren, i know you are trying to protect me, but i think i know what i am doing. . ." season harshly spoke to her friend, and kicked the covers off of her and got out of her bed.

lauren watched as her friend went over to the vanity in the room, and examined her face. season looked over her features, her face swollen from sleeping on her face.

season groaned where she was, her fingers touched at her cheeks and then up to wipe her eyes from the sleep that clogged there. and when she was finished, she turned back to her friend who had gone silent.
