For the past few weeks, Selena was starting to notice something about Nick, everyday he was coming home with a smile. But he wasn't keeping it in, she wished he did though. Things were patching up great with Nick and Samantha, it looks to be a reconcilation soon. She wasn't sure if she didn't want Nick with her was because she was scared to lose Nick or just because that girl walks in with bad-news.
At the same time, things were starting to change.
Selena walks into the club, meeting Miley before they started their rehearsal. Miley was sitting on the floor doing her stretches, just then Selena sat down and joined her.
Instantly Miley noticed the pout on Selena's face, "Babe, what's wrong?"
"Nothing," Selena shrugged, meeting those clear blue eyes of her friend. She forced a smile to define her 'okay' feeling. "Really I'm fine."
"Selly Bear, if anything is bothering you, you tell Smilers!" Miley says in a pouty expression, childish-like.
Selena laughs nodding,
"Okay, can we get a 5?" they heard the choreographer speak from behind. He clapped his hands informing the girls to get on the floor. Everyone breaks to the meeting point and starts their rehearsal.
At lunch, Miley and Selena went to the usual cafe. It has became their lunch place, they liked it very much, although they have their alternatives and sometimes even pizza goes on the list. They try to eat as healthy as they can to prevent getting a lot of body fat.
They placed their orders, just then Selena had to let out her heavy sigh. Miley's eyes widen as she settles her glass water on the coaster provided.
"Miles, I think I like Nick," She explains, dropping her shoulders finally.
Miley nearly spat her water, "You... Nick... that's adorable!"
"No, not adorable. Gosh, how can I be such an idiot! He's falling heads over heels for Samantha," Selena gushed, feeling the pit of her stomach being punched.
"Sellers," Miley rolls her eyes, she was very well known of Samantha. Selena has been cursing of Samantha everytime Nick talks about her, that soon enough Miley figures out the story. "Then take him back."
"I never had him, although he seems really happy," Selena shook her head in frustration. "But God, she is such a self-centered bitch. She's going to break his heart."
"Sel, then tell him!" Miley said, feeling bad for her friend. People around started to stare like usual when Miley raises her voice. The waiter came and placed their food down. They gave a break as the waiter was settling things before walking away.
Selena placed with her food on the plate as she shook her head. "I don't know how to tell him, he knows I don't like Samantha plus, he's so happy right now."
"Well," Miley drops her fork and gives Selena a look, "You're his best friend, and I'm pretty sure everyone is pretty against him reconciling with her..."
Selena just shrugged. The girl carried on their conversation on other subjects, Selena didn't want to talk about it anymore and Miley didn't want to push it.
