chapter 19

Amanda pov

Ric couldn't remember where he had put the last white oak steak his what I like to call it his evil twin put it somewhere safe. This worried all of us because we thought Ric was getting better but we were wrong we did the only thing we could and that was to lock Ric up in the cellar in the Salvatore basement. No one was happy to have Ric locked up but that was the only option.

Another thing that came up was who's bloodline Damon and Stefan were from. We could only go as far back as Rose. Damon suggested that Jeremy can contact her. I thought it will be okay if Damon and Elena went on this trip but it didn't work out that way instead its Stefan and me.

Right now I have just pulled up to Klaus's mansion to let him know im gonna be going to Denver for a few days. As you can see I am still involved with this whole finding the white oak steak and finding who's bloodline the Salvatore brothers are from.

"Hey love." Klaus kisses me." aren't you getting big." Klaus gives Miranda a kiss on the cheek.

"Are you gonna invite us in or do we have to stay outside. " Klaus stepped aside and I walked in with Miranda in my arm. Klaus took us to his painting room I sat Miranda on the floor and I pulled out some her toys she can play with.

"You should sit her on the couch."
"Shes fine plus Miranda started walking this morning. " I was happy Miranda is already almost a year man time flies by I look at her every day and thank god I didn't get the abortion. She is really my best friend.

"Thats amazing love." Klaus looks at Miranda and smiles at her." she is looking like the oldest Salvatore brother." Miranda was starting to look like Damon now.

"Kind of but not that much." Klaus kissed me and I kissed him back. I was liking him and more each day but not on the days he pissed me off.

"Whats wrong? I can tell something is bothering you." I smiled at him. I wanted to let him know im gonna be going to Denver with Stefan but I couldn't.

"Im just sad Miranda is growing up so fast." which was also true my baby is already walking.

"Love I want you and Miranda to spend the day with me." I nodded yeah. We sat on the couch and put Miranda on the floor and we watched Miranda walk all over the place. She looked so cute she looked like a puppet on a string

I woke up early in the morning got ready then I got Miranda ready. I was taking her to spend a couple of days with Damon since im gonna be in Denver.

"Damon were here!!" I yelled as I walked in the door holding Miranda. I heard noises up stairs so I walked up the stairs and into Damons room." ever heard of closing the door."

"Ever heard of knocking?" Damon had no shirt on." are you just gonna stand there?" I rolled my eyes and walked in the room.

"Damon I already saw you naked before." Miranda wanted to go on the floor." can you believe shes walking now?" I placed her down and Miranda started walking around .

"She's getting big fast." I looked at Damon and he looked at me. For some reason all the memories of him and I came flashing through my brain "Ugh ..um yeah Im gonna go down stairs. " I got up but Damon vampspeeds in front of me.

"Ama-"

"Dont Damon. " I stepped back." Im gonna go see Ric before I leave." I grabbed a bag that was by the door thwn I walked out the room. And down the stairs I walked down the basement stairs to the cellar. I looked inside and seen was Ric was laying down on his cot.

"Ric!" I called out he turned and looked at me and gave me a small smile.

"Yep. Still me." I unlocked the door and walked in Ric was sitting down now." you know, you shouldn't be in here, it defeates the point of the whole being locked in a cellar thing." I dropped a bag on thw ground. I wasn't afraid of Ric's evil twin we already met once before.
