chapter 12

Elena's pov

Bonnie called me and told me to meet her at the abandon witch house. She didn't tell me why but I dident ask. I got ready fast and I made my way to the witches house. I parked my car ouside the house when I seen Bonnie standing there. I smiled at her as I approached her. She asked me to follow her she said she needs to show me something. We began to walk through the house and down the basement. She stopped in the middle of the room and looks at me then all of a sudden four coffins appear out of no where.

"I've been having these dreams for days now. It's like the witches are trying to send me a message." I was still in shock. How come no one told me anything

"I just cant believe that you guys kept this from me this whole time." I felt hurt did they not think I can keep a secret cause I can.

" Stefan thought, if you knew were the coffins were, Klaus could threaten people to get the information out of you." I dont care what Stefan thought. My friends show know me better then that

"So, these are the rest of his family?" I asked as I touched the coffins.

"Yeah. Elijah and two others, this one..... is the one we can't open. We don't know who is in it, or what's in it, only that I think my dreams telling me it'll help us kill Klaus" it sounds pretty good to me.

"What the hell are you doing?" I heard Stefan's voice. I turned around and he didn't look happy at all

"I needed her to know about the coffins." Bonnie says as Stefan approached us

"And I needed you to keep her out of it, Bonnie " What was his problem with me? What did I ever do to him?

"So what are you gonna do, Stefan? Are you gonna kidnap me, so that I won't tell anyone?" He looked at me a little shock I think he was taken back

"Dont tempt me, Elena." He warned me.

"I think I know who can open the coffin, Stefan. And I need Elena to help me find her." I looked at her. Who does she want me to help her find?

"Find who? What are you talking about? " Stefan asked her in a pissed off tone

"I couldn't place her face at first then I realized..." Bonnie showed me the picture. It was her mom before she left

"Oh my god, Bonnie." Bonnie hasn't seen her mom since she was a kid. I saw Stefan walk over and look at the photo

"Who is this?" Stefan demands Bonnie

" Its my mom. " he looked at her stunned

We left the witch's house and made our way to the police station to ask Carolines mom if she can help us find Bonnie's mom. I can tell Stefan was not happy at all that I know where the coffins are now. I really don't car how Stefan feels I need to help Bonnie. We arrived at the station and we talked to Carolines mom. She told us what happened last night with Tyler bitting Caroline. Amanda and Matt were the ones who brought Caroline home. Then Klaus showed up and saved Caroline form dying. For some reason I believe that Klaus was behind it cause I know Tyler won't just bite Caroline out if no where

The sheriff gave us a bunch of files to go through. We got then and we went back to my house. We are sitting on the table going through information trying to find something on Bonnie's mom Abby

"Los Alamitos?" I showed her the picture. She looks up

"Too old." She says. I picked up another one

"Honolulu. " She smiles and shook her head.

"I wish. How many of these are that?" Bonnie aksed

"A lot. I asked the sheriff to pull up every single Abby Bennet in the computer." I told Bonnie.
