Lucy's POV

The sun began to set as I entered my chambers. I had been outside for three hours practicing martial arts and trying to calm down. I was still worried about what my advisories had said.

Snap out of it Lucy! Worrying about it won't do you any good.

I walked into my closet and grabbed one of my many black cloaks. I placed it over my training gear, and lifted the hood over my head as I exited my room. Checking the hall way to make sure I hadn't been seen, I cloaked my presence using manipulation magic like Stellae had shown me.

Alright it's time Lucy. Suck it up and get moving.

Before I even made it to the top of the tower, I could smell the anxiety drifting off of my three advisors.

"I'm here. What's going on?" I asked.

They were lined up in front of the portal, blocking my view of it. Slowly, they looked at each other, nodded, and move away from the portal. I felt my eyes widen in shock. The portal had changed from silver, to a dark blue.

"What's going on with the portal?" I asked, becoming nervous myself.

"The time has come for you to study God Slaying Magic." Stellae said.

"The portal changing, is a summons from your teacher." Ignis continued.

"Wait, your not teaching me?"

"We are dragons, we do not know how to teach you God Slaying Magic." Oceanum explained.

"You will be going to the Realm of the Heavens." Ignis said.

"That is where you will learn God Slaying Magic." Said Oceanum.

"You must be weary though, for you are not considered royalty there. They have their own Queen, their own sets of laws, and their own punishments." Stellae warned.

"If anything happens to you there, we will not be able to protect you." Oceanum said.

"We can not follow you into their realm, because we have not been invited. That is one of the many special things about their world. No one can enter or leave without the Queen's permission." Ignis stated.

"Okay I'll be careful." I said, still worried.

"So do you know who will be training me?" I asked.

"You will be trained by the Queen's advisor, Ms. Tempestatis. She is a master Storm Mage, however she will still be able to teach you all kinds of God Slaying Magic." Ignis explained.

"She is a revered and much sought after teacher, so you must treat her with respect." Stellae warned.

"Alright I'll behave. When do I have to leave?" I asked, still unsure of the whole situation.

"Now." They said in unison.

"What? But I don't have any of my things. And I have to say good bye to Griffon!"

"There is no time. Ms. Tempestatis is very punctual and doesn't like to be kept waiting." Stellae said.

"Besides, Griffon would try to come with you. You know he can't Lucy. It's better this way." Oceanum said with a kind smile.

"Once you are in the Realm of the Heavens, call Virgo and instruct her to gather your things. She can bring them to you." Ignis said.

"Alright... So I guess this is good bye?"

My three friends nodded. They wore sad eyes and proud smiles on their faces.

"Don't worry Lucy, we will meet again soon." Oceanum said.

I felt tears well up in my eyes. Running to my friends, I gave them the biggest hug I could muster. We exchanged good byes and I faced the portal.

It's now or never Lucy. You can do this.

Goodbye Griffon.

I stepped through the deep blue portal with my eyes shut tight.
