Griffon's POV

I watched as Erza's hand fell to her side. Almost instantly, Natsu began his assault on Lucy.

"Fire Dragon Wing Attack!" He yelled.

She easily blocked the blow with one hand, refusing to move a single centimeter.

"Power level increase, two percent." Lucy said calmly, still smiling.

I saw the shock ripple through the guild as they felt the sudden surge of magical energy radiating from Lucy.

"Done playing already? What happened to the Salamander of Fairytail? I thought you were strong?" Lucy said, pouting.

"I'm just getting started. I'm all fired up now!" Natsu yelled, clearly still taken aback by the sudden change.

"Fire Dragon Roar! Fire Dragon Wing Attack! Fire Dragon Brilliant Flame!" He shouted, unleashing a furry of heat and scorching, arrogant, flame.

Once again, much to the surprise of the guild, Lucy blocked every attack with only her hands.

"I was hoping for more of a challenge. You're not holding back because I'm a lady, are you Natsu?" Lucy taunted.

"I would never hold back! But I gotta ask, why haven't you tried to hit me yet? You've been standing there the whole time, only blocking my attacks. Are ya scared of me?" He asked, smiling.

Lucy clicked her tongue.

He's done it now.

"I am afraid Natsu. Not of losing to you. No, that would be quite embarrassing. You see, if I were to attack you with my magic, I would run the risk of ruining the guild hall, if not all of Magnolia, and I know Master would be very angry with me if the Magic Council came after him because once again, one of his members destroyed another town. However, if you insist on calling me weak and afraid, then I have no choice but to put you in your place." Lucy said, becoming more angry with every sentence.

Lucy began to glow.

"Lady Vivian! You mustn't use that spell! The last time you did that you..."

"This is not your place, Aspen! You know why I must do this!" She boomed.

"This is not the way. You will destroy much more than Magnolia if you use that, and you know it. Please reconsider, Miss." I said, bowing.

Lucy calmed down and the golden glow began to fade.

"I suppose you are right, however, this pest must still be taught a lesson." She spat.

"Who are you calling a pest? We're guild mates! You shouldn't treat your family like that!" Natsu yelled.

"You have no right..." Lucy whispered, shaking.

"You have no right!" She screamed.

"How dare you talk about family and guild mates after what you did five long years ago!" Lucy shouted.

Whispers moved around the guild.

"H-how did you know about that?" Nastu said, looking down.

"How could I forget."

Lucy ripped off her manipulation lacrima. A puff of pink smoke encircled her, and when she reemerged, she was wearing her training gear. Her hair now in a long braid, turned from black, to a beautiful golden color, and her bright pink eyes, changed into cold, hate-filled, chocolate orbs.

The guild gasped.
