Lucy's POV

As Griffon and I walked out of the palace and into the courtyard, I saw his eyes widen at the seen around him.

That's right. It's his first time outside of the castle.

"Pretty amazing, isn't it?" I asked.

He nodded, still to shocked to speak.

The sun was shining, just as it had been on the day I arrived. The dragons in the air could alone, cause jaws to drop. Not to mention all the different and unusual islands floating in the aqua colored sea.

"So!" I said, snapping him out of his trance. "I think it would be best for you to train with Oceanum. She's the one who took care of you while you were ill, and she's also the Dragon of Water." I said, nonchalantly.

Griffon's eyes widened.

"S-she's a d-dragon? But s-she's so nice a-and un-dragon like." He said, shocked.

"Ya I thought that at first to." I chuckled. "Just wait till you start training with her, that's when her dragon side comes out." I said with an evil grin.

"R-really?" He said, gulping.

"I don't know. Guess you'll have to find out yourself." I said.

I started to walk backwards, towards the training grounds. What I said finally hit Griffon, and he came running after me.

"Hit me with your best shot!" I yelled.

"Waterfall!" He shouted

He redirected some of the water from the sea right at me. I saw him smirk as I stood right in front of the waters path. I wasn't planning on dodging his attack or blocking against it. I was going to face it head on.

As the water came near my body, I began to eat it. I smirked as I saw Griffon's jaw drop.

As I finished eating his water. I turned to get a better angle on him.

"Water dragon roar!" I yelled, and shot his own water back at him.

No surprise to me, Griffon was knocked on his butt. I walked over and offered him a hand.

"How did you do that?!" He asked.

"I told you, Oceanum is the Dragon of Water. I learned from her. You will too. Now come on we're gonna be late!" I said, grabbing his hand and pulling him with me.

As we arrived at the giant coliseum-like structure in which I trained, I gulped. There, standing in the middle of the field, were my three advisors, friends and trainers. They were also three of the most powerful dragons that I knew, and they were angry. Ignis was the first to notice us. She beckoned us to them with her long, slender, copper-toned finger. When we finally stood before them, they stared. It was obvious that they were annoyed, but I started to notice a playful hint in their three sets of mystical eyes.

"You two are late." Ignis said in a stern tone.

"For that you will be punished." Stated Oceanum.

"It's not my fault Griffon here wouldn't get out of bed." I whined, trying to stifle a laugh.

Griffon looked at me and back at the dragons. He was terrified.

"P-please have m-mercy." He stuttered.

I really hope he doesn't pee himself. I'll have to apologize to Virgo for ruining her beautiful clothing.

"Since it is your first day Griffon, you shall be spared. However, Miss Lucy will have to take your punishment." Stellae said.

"If I must." I said, smirking.

The three young women before me suddenly started to change. They began to grow in size and their flawless skin turned into large, shinny scales. Wings sprouted from their backs and long, sharp teeth replaced beautiful white smiles. Griffon backed away as the three dragons in front of me roared.

"Show offs." I chuckled.

"So who do I have to battle?" I asked.

"We said you would take Griffon's punishment too, and we meant it." Oceanum growled.

"You will be fighting all three of us." Said Ignis.

I saw Griffon's eyes widen.

"Fine." I said, a little annoyed. "Griffon you may want to move." I yelled over my shoulder.

Griffon nodded and ran to the stone bleachers on the other side of the coliseum.

"So." I said, turning my attention back to the dragons.

"Are you ready?"
