Cher Lloyd's POV.

I sat next to my grand mother on the couch, my mother was facing us. “So, Dina, how are you?” My nan asked her. My mother was staring at me, straight in my eyes and I did not look away. I supported her look. I did not want her to think I was weak because I was not. She lost, she made a fool of herself in front of the whole world and I would not say I was sorry for what happened. She started it. She provoked it.

“I'm fine.” She answered. “Cher.” She started.

“What do you want?” I spatted.

“What are you doing here?”

“Oh are you really asking me that?” I laughed. “I should be the one who's asking you that. Where the hell have you been?”

“Enough!” My nan yelled looking at us. “Dina, she's your daughter. And you Cher, it's your mother. So please, show so respect!” She shouted at the both of us.

“It doesn't matter where I was.” My mother continued completely ignoring my grand mother.

“I think it does. You don't know how you make your whole family feels.” She laughed and put her elbows on her knees. She rested her head on her hands and wore a mischievous grin.

“And do you know how you make me feel Cher?” She asked looking at me, I stayed silent trying to stay calm. “You abandoned us.” I got up quickly and walked to her.

“I'm not the one who fled!” I shouted at her, she got up too and stood in front of me.

“You were so fucking ashamed of us!”

“What?” I yelled at the top of my lungs. “I was the one who saved you when you tried to kill you and it was way before I even auditioned for the X Factor!” She laughed and looked at me.

“Do you really think I wanted someone to save me? It doesn't make you brave, it doesn't make you my savior. It just makes you a stupid dumbbell!” She yelled back and I took a step back. “No, I didn't want you to save me Cher. I didn't want anyone to save me. And look at me now, you caused this!”

“What was I supposed to do? I was 13, I couldn't look at you dying without doing anything.” I whispered and she laughed again. She took a step closer to me.

“I did this because of something you know. I did this because I needed to. I didn't see the point in living anymore. I had issues with a lot of people who were threatening me but also our family.” She said and took a deep breath.

“That's it. I heard enough.” Said my nan out of nowhere. She took my hand and squeezed it. “What do you want Dina? Why did you come back here?”

“What? I can't come and see my mother?”

“I'm not stupid. You disappeared and you think you can come back and blame your daughter for your mistakes?” She answered and took a step in front of me, she wanted to protect me.

“I need money.” My mother said looking directly in her mother's eyes.

“How much?”

“500 pounds.” My nan laughed.

“Do you really think I have them? You're doing to do what with them? Paying new drugs? I won't help you destroy you.”

“Mother.” She started but I interrupted her.

“I can give you what you need.” I said and she looked at me raising an eyebrow. “But with my conditions.” I continued and looked at my nan who shook her head.
