Cher Lloyd's POV.

“Cheryl please, let me explain!" I begged her and she laughed.
“You know what? I don't want to talk to you anymore, do what you want I don't care, it doesn't matter to us.” She said and hung up on me. I sighed and looked at Lily.
“You fucking asked for it!” She yelled at me and I sighed. I had enough. I ran away. I had no ideas of where I was going, or what I was going to do. It was a terrible day. Demi was angry, Cheryl was angry, Lily was angry. I just lost the most important people in my life. I kept running until I could not breath anymore. I fell on my knees in a park. I was all alone. It was getting a bit late. I looked at my watch and realized it was 1am. My phone was buzzing again and I took it, hoping it would be Cheryl, but it was not. It was Demi. Demi, I totally forgot about her. I knew she was waiting for me but I did not want to go to her flat right now. I wanted to be alone. I needed some time to think about what I was going to do. I ignored her call, got up and walked. I sat against a tree and played with the grass. I stood there, alone. I did not care about anything. I knew something bad could happen easily right now, but it did not matter. I was freezing, but it was okay.

“Cher?” I jumped and looked around me. I must have fallen asleep, there were people everywhere and the sun was shining. I looked at the person and once I recognized Lauren, I just broke in tears. She quickly wrapped her arms around me and held me close. “Shh, it's okay.” She said rubbing my back. After almost ten minutes, she pulled away and wiped away my tears. “What happened?” She asked gently totally obvious to the interview.
“I just, I.” I started but did not manage to finish my sentence.
“You look exhausted, come with me.” She said gently and took my hand. We walked in the streets until we were in front of a building. She typed the code and we entered. “Don't worry, the girls are not here.” She said and opened a door. We walked in a huge living room. “I live here with the girls.” She explained and I nodded. She led me to the bathroom. “Here, a shower will do you good. I'm going to give you some clothes.” She explained and left me, I showered quickly and she gave me some clothes. “Don't worry, they are not mine, they are Ally's.” She explained laughing slightly. She left me alone again and I got dress. I walked out of the bathroom and went to see Lauren.
“Thank you Lauren.” I said and sat next to her on the couch.
“You don't have to thank me, it's okay.” She said gently and gave me a glass. “You must be thirsty.” She said and I nodded. “Are you hungry?”
“No, not really.”
“Okay, but I'll give you something to eat later, you can't stay like that.” She smiled gently at me and stayed silent. “You spent the night out there?”
“Yeah.”
“What were you thinking?” She said getting stress. “Something could have happened, I'm sorry to tell you that but you're not big. You're not really scary.” I shrugged and stayed silent. “Are you going to tell me what happened?” She asked after a while.
“Do you have a laptop?” She frowned. “Please, take it and come back here. I'll show you.” She nodded and left the room, she sat next to me with her computer on her lap.
“What I am looking for?”
“Just type my name and Cheryl Cole.” I said knowing it would probably be all over the internet. She nodded and did it. I was right, there were a lot of articles. She looked at me confused and she clicked on one of them. I sighed as we read it. They totally changed my words. “I didn't say that.” I sighed.
“What?”
“I didn't speak about using auto tune. I just said I wanted to sing with her live, there was nothing more.” I explained and she nodded.
“Did you talk to her?” She said and went on twitter. She typed her name and gasped.
“What?”
“Look at that.” She gave me her computer. Cheryl twitted something about me. “Be careful who you kick on your way up. They kick you twice as hard on your way back down.. #unappreciationisugly.” I quickly closed the computer and got up. “Where are you going?”
“I don't know.” I shouted at her. “I don't know what I'm going to do, I don't know where I'm supposed to go!” She got up too and took my hands.
“You stay here.” She shouted matching my tone. “I don't freaking care about your excuses, you stay here because I swear to God I'll tie your feet together to make sure you're not staying all alone out side again!” I gasped and looked down. “You know Cheryl, she's your best friend, you'll find a way to arrange everything.” She said and put her fingers under my chin, making me look at her. “I'll help you.” She smiled weakly and wrapped her arms around me. I hugged her tightly. “So, tell me, what were you doing in the park last night?”
“Lauren.” I started.
“No, I'm not going to let it go, you're going to explain me everything.” We sat on the couch and she waited for me to speak. “I'm waiting Cher.” She said after a while. “Where are you supposed to stay?”
“Demi's flat.”
“And why you did come back?”
“Because I couldn't.” I said and she sighed.
“Are you going to talk to me or what?”
“It's a long story.” I said and she took my hands.
“Well, you're lucky, I've nothing to do today.” She said gently and I told her everything. I told her that I was in a relationship with Demi, I told her what happened the night she told me she loved me, that I might just lost my best friend.
“And now I don't know what to do.” I finished and she sighed. She rubbed her temples.
“Wow, yeah, you were right, that's a lot.” She chuckled slightly.
“Thanks, really helpful.”
“Do you love Demi?” I sighed.
“Why everyone asks me that?” I said frustrated.
“Because it's important Cher, do you love her?”
“I don't know if I do.”
“How come you don't know?” She said frowning.
“I've never been in love with someone.” I explained and her face softened a bit.
“Tell me how does she make you feel.” I sighed and started to think about an answer. “No, don't think. Tell me what comes to your mind when you think about her.”
“She makes me happy, she makes me feel like I can do anything.” I said and she smiled.
“You care a lot about her, don't you?”
“Of course I do.”
“Have you talked to her?” I sighed and quickly took my phone.
“I need to call her, she must be really worry.” I said and she nodded. I typed her number but went straight to her voice mail.
“Dems, it's Cher. I'm coming home today, I need to talk to you.” I said and hung up.
“You need to talk to her?” Asked Lauren raising her eyebrows.
“Look Laur, thank you so much for being here, you don't know how much it means.” I said quickly, I kissed her cheek. “But I have to see her, I can't leave things like that.” I continued and she smiled widely.
“You call me if you need somewhere to sleep okay?” She said gently and poked my arm. “Go get your girl.” She smiled and I ran out of her flat. I ran in the street looking for a cab. I kept running until I finally saw one. I almost jumped in front of it.

“You're crazy, I almost hit you!” Shouted the driver.
“I'm sorry, I really need you to drive me to this building.” I said giving the direction. He nodded and started driving. He kept looking at me through his rear view mirror.
“I am sorry to ask you that but you're Cher Lloyd right?” He said blushing slightly.
“I am.” I said smiling.
“My daughter is a huge fan of yours.” He smiled.
“Really? How old is she?”
“14.”
“Well, tell her I said hi okay?” I said smiling and he nodded.
“Could you sign this paper for her?” He blushed.
“Sure, that's her name?”
“Fran.” I smiled and wrote a little note for her.
“Here you go.” I gave him the paper back. And the car stopped, we were stuck in traffic.
“I'm sorry.” He said clearly embarrassed.
“It's not your fault, do you know where we are from the building?” I asked him. He thought about it for a while.
“If you go this way.” He said pointing a street on my left. “You can be there in 15 minutes.” He smiled at me.
“Oh thank you.” I opened my purse.
“No, it's okay it's for me. Fran will be more than happy thanks to you and you obviously need to go see this someone.” He said winking at me.
“Thanks.” I said smiling.
“Come on, hurry up!” I nodded and opened the door.

As soon as I got out of the taxi, I ran to the building and straight to Demi's flat. I tried to open her front door but it was locked. I had been knocking on the door for more than 20 minutes when I remembered that she gave me a key. I quickly searched in my bag, found the key and opened the door. I got in. “Demi?” I yelled but I had no answer. I closed the door behind me and walked in the flat. I heard some noises coming from the bathroom. I ran to it and found her. She was sat on the floor curled up against the wall. She looked up at me, her eyes filled with tears. I gasped and knelt down in front of her. She did not say anything, she studied my face. “Demi?” I whispered and she sighed. I did not know what to do, if I was able to touch her or not. Her eyes finally met mine and she cried. She wrapped her arms around my neck and held me close to her. I rubbed her back gently and rocked us back and forth. She suddenly let go of me and got up.
“Where were you?” She yelled at me. I got up too but stayed a bit away from her.
“Calm down please.”
“Don't tell me to calm down and answer me!” She kept yelling.
“Stop yelling!” I shouted back and she stayed silent her eyes wide open. I took her hand and led her to her bedroom where we sat on her bed. “Are you going to listen to me?” I asked harshly. She nodded. “Did you hear my interview?”
“No I didn't.”
“I messed up okay? I messed up with Cheryl. They asked me if I wanted to do a song with Cheryl and I said only if she sings it live with me. They didn't get my point and look at that.” I said and got up. I went on Cheryl twitter and threw her my phone. She raised her eyebrows and looked at it. She shook her head and looked up at me. “They kept saying that I just admitted that Cheryl can't sing. Which was not what I was trying to say. Cheryl called me after the interview and totally lost it. She won't talk to me. Lily was pissed off too so I just ran. I had no idea of where I was. I ended up in a park where I spent the night.” I said and Demi gasped. “Lauren Jauregui found me this morning and took me to her place.” I finished and she lowered her head.
“I'm sorry I yelled at you.” She whispered. I just sighed. “Why you didn't come back here?” She asked looking up at me.
“Maybe because I couldn't. You were mad at me too.” She got up and walked close to me.
“You should have come back.” She said looking in my eyes. “I'm going in the living room okay? Take your time.” She said gently and left the room knowing I needed to stay alone. I sighed and fell on the bed.

Demi Lovato's POV.

“Demi?” I heard Cher whispered. I turned around on the couch and saw walking to me. “Can we talk now?”
“Of course.” She sat next to me and sighed.
“Look, I'm sorry I didn't come back yesterday. It was just too much for me. I lost my mother, then you were mad at me, then Cheryl and Lily. I just didn't know what I was supposed to do anymore.” She said and her eyes started to tear up.
“I'm sorry you felt like you couldn't come back here.” I said honestly. I sat closer to her and wrapped my arms around her. I hugged her tightly against me. She was not crying but I felt like she needed to realize that I was not going to leave her.
“You hate me too, don't you?” She whispered in my ear. I pulled away and looked in her eyes.
“I'll never hate you. And I know Cheryl and Lily don't hate you neither.”
“You don't know that, you didn't hear her.” She lowered her head and sighed. I put my fingers under her chin and made her look at me.
“I will help you, everything will be okay.” I pecked her lips gently and I felt a tear on my cheek. I opened my eyes and saw Cher crying. “Oh no, please don't cry.” I wrapped my arms around her waist. “Everything is gonna be okay, I'm here.”
“I just lost everything that mattered to me.” She whispered in my ears.
“You won't lose me. And you won't lose Cheryl neither.”
“And how do you know that?”
“Because I'll make sure it won't happen. You need her just as much she needs you.” I said and she sighed. She pulled away and gave me a weak smile.
“I'm such a mess, I'm sorry.” She chuckled and I shrugged.
“No, don't worry.” I kissed her forehead.
“Can I ask you something?” She asked shyly and I nodded. “Why were you on your bathroom's floor?” I gulped and took a deep breath. “It's okay, you don't have to tell me.”
“No, no I want to tell you.” I reassured her and she smiled. “I was worried, I didn't know where you were, it was awful.”
“I'm sorry.”
“You have nothing to be sorry about, I mean, I'm the one who messed up. You took me in your plane yesterday, you organized everything for me and I was so stupid.” I said honestly and she shook her head.
“No, I hurt you.”
“It would have hurt me more if you would have said that you loved me just to make me feel good.” I continued honestly. “Plus I was a bit shocked.”
“Why?”
“I saw some pictures of you with Ne Yo, you seemed close.”
“Were you jealous?” She giggled.
“Don't laugh.” I blushed.
“Oh, you're so cute.” She pecked my cheek. “You are going to do a song together.”
“No, really?”
“Yeah, it's a bit too exciting for me.” She laughed. She looked more relaxed. She took a deep breath and looked at me intently. “Can I ask you another thing?” She took my hands gently.
“Of course you can.”
“What happened when you were in your bathroom?” She asked gently and stroked my palms.
“Nothing, I didn't do anything. It's hard right now, I just don't think that I'm strong enough.” I whispered and she put her arms around me.
“Do you want to talk to me?”
“You know everything. I feel like I can't breath, I need to be strong for you and for my lovatics. It's just a lot of weight on my shoulders.” She took a deep breath and played with the end of my hair.
“You don't have to feel responsible of me, I'm here for you too. We can help each other." She started and stroked my hair gently. "I need to suggest you something, but please don't hate me.”
“It's not like I can hate you.” I said and kissed her temple. “Tell me.”
“Maybe you should talk to someone.” I sighed. “You don't have to go alone though, if you want me to come with you, I'll be there.” She kissed my cheek.
“I know you're right. But it just feels like I've lost, again.”
“No Dems, it's not the case. You have the courage to talk to me about it, but I can't help you enough, so maybe someone else can.” She said and I sighed again. “I know you don't to go, and I'm not pushing you to. If you don't want to, then we'll think of something else, okay?”
“Okay.” She pecked my lips and laid her head on my shoulder. We both stayed silent for a while.
