"Mum you just wait here"
My mum sighed
"Rachel I want to make sure her mums okay with her staying with us I'm going in that's final!"
With a grunt I gave in.
We got out of the car and walked to arrivals and saw Leanne's plane arrived 10 minutes ago.
I tapped my foot impatiently waiting for her to come through the doors so I can run and give her a huge hug, cringy I know but I'm just dying to meet her.
Everytime the doors opened and people walked out I got more and more excited/ nervous.

15 minutes later the doors opened and I saw Leanne drop her bags and run towards me,
I opened my arms and I embraced her into a tight long hug
"Leanne oh my god hi" I said into her coat
We pulled away and I saw she had tears in her eyes
"It's so nice to finally meet you oh my god" she laughed as more tears trickled down her face
"Mum this is Leanne, leanne this is my mum"  I introduced them and mum being mum hugged Leanne probably just as tight as I did.
"Jesus Leanne did you have to dump your bags like that" a woman I'm assuming is her mother came over and stood beside us
"Sorry mam" she laughed
"Oh right! Rachel this is my mam, mam this is Rachel!" She introduced me to her mum and she also gave me a hug
"So would you like a lift anywhere?" My mum asked Leanne's
"No my cousin is picking me up" She declined the offer politely
"Okay I just want to make extra sure you are okay with Leanne staying with us?"
My mum is such a weirdo.
"Yes! Of course it is, she doesn't want to go to the wedding anyways and I'm spending time with my husbands side of the family"her mum smiled kindly at my mum
"Just make sure she calls and stuff before she goes to bed" she added
We got Leanne's bags and we said goodbye to Leanne's mum and step-dad and walked towards our car excitedly.
We threw the bags into the booth and I sat in the back of the car with Leanne.
"I'm actually so excited for the next 2 weeks it's unbelievable!" Leanne said excitedly
"So am I Leanne you don't even understand!" I chuckled
"Okay you two don't get too hyper" my mum joked
I rolled my eyes and me and Leanne sang really loudly the rest of the car ride.
