You felt your legs being sucked in, and then your torso. It was hard to breathe, and the smell got even stronger.
There was only a gurgling noise before you realized you were halfway in a large green slime creature.
It took him a minute to run up to you. "(Y/n)!" He called out.
"F-Ford!" Your chin was almost touching the slime, and you reached your hands out. He wrapped his hands around your arms, and pulled as hard as he could. Your eyelids shut tightly as you felt your head being pulled in by the large monster.

Will this be the end?

You thought.

Am I to die by this monster?

You took your last breath while your head plunged into the monsters slime, and you only heard Ford's screams before you blacked out from the lack of air.

...

Your eyelids fluttered open, and you were only blinded by the sun. It left spots splattered all over your vision. Once they faded, came in Ford's terrified face.
"Did I die?" You wanted to say, but nothing came out. Only mumbles.

Huh?

After a few more grunts, you realized that you were laying in Ford's lap, his face above yours. You couldn't move at all, and his gaze was locked onto yours.
"Oh! Thank goodness you're alive! I was starting to worry," he said, and his voice cracked out of nervousness.

How long was I out...? What even happened? And why can't I move?!

All these questions arose, but none came out. Just screams and even more grunts.

He waved his hands in a motion above you. "Don't worry, (y/n). We've just encountered a creature of Gravity Falls...something I have never seen nor heard of." Ford ruffled through his coat, and out came a dark red book with a six fingered hand on the front. In the middle of the hand laid a number '3'. Your head still laid in his lap, and he flipped through the pages, his right arm slightly shaking. "In the nick of time, I pulled you out of the slime and scared it away by shaking pine cones from a tree onto the creature." He let out a hum before continuing. "Interesting thing is, it seems the creature consists of a paralysis poison," he laughed, and held up his right hand. It shook like crazy.
"My elbow accidentally touched the slime while trying to grab you out of it..." He still chuckled, and put his large book back in his coat.

This is not a laughing matter, Ford! My whole body can't move!

You squirmed, and made a few more groans, squeaks, and screams, trying to get the words out but it only sounded like flubber.
"Alright, alright. I'll take you back home," he said, and picked you up in a cradle hold.

Your head leaned into his chest lightly, and your eyelids closed. Even though you were still angry at him, you wanted to stay in this position forever.
