I'm Sorry Too

Rose POV 

It's the end of shift and I didn't make any contact with Joe or Severide . I was ready to go home and rest , and have no contact with the outside world . I can't keep going on with the relationship with Severide nor can I stay at the Firehouse . I asked chief for transfer papers " Is there something bothering you Rose , or anything that wants to make you leave 51 ? " Chief asked , " I love 51 , but I don't fill like I belong here . " and before Chief could say anything I walked out with the papers in hand and off towered my apartment I went . After I got to my destination I looked at my phone , about 20 missed calls from from Kelly and 50 text from him . Joe left about 5 texts and 15 calls . I turned my phone off and got out of my car . I got up to my apartment and Kelly was sitting there and I knew he was going to apologize . I walked past him to open my door .  " Listen i'm sorry for getting jealous about you and Joe . You guys are close and I shouldn't be getting mad about it , ok , i'm sorry ", He pleaded me  , " Well i'm sorry too ,  but I can't keep going in the relationship . Go home Kelly and rest , i'll see you next shift . " I said with my voice cracking . He leaned in to kiss me but i turned my head and gave him a kiss on the check instead . It broke my heart to pieces but i just couldn't do it anymore. He was a great guy but .......... I couldn't anymore . 

Kelly POV

For once i thought i found the woman I needed and i could spend the rest of my life with her , but I was wrong . I needed something to numb the pain so , I went to Molly's. After so many drinks Herman wouldn't give me anymore drinks . " Do you need to talk about something Kelly ? " , Herman asked with concern in his eyes . " No , i'm good . " I said sorta coldly . 

Herman POV

Kelly was drinking like he did when Shay passed . I went and asked to Gabby and Matt if they knew anything and they didn't so the last option was Rose . I knew they are close so I saw if she xould come and talk to him . The phone rang a few times till she answered , " Hello? " , she said , " Hey it's Herman, can you come talk to Kelly , he's really drunk and I figured you could help ? " , I said to Rose . she took a bit to respond but she said she would come down and see what she could do . 

Rose POV 

I was sitting on my couch when Herman called telling me Kelly was way to drunk . I said I could come down and see what i can do . Nobody knew we dated except Joe , , i was the only one who knew why he was drinking heavy . By the time I got there he was heading out the doors , he could barely walk . I got out and walked over to him  " Hey , can I  talk to you ? " I semi - yelled to get his attention . " Why ? i'm not worth it to you anymore . " , He was about to get in his car when i grabbed his car keys ,  " Let me drive you home , please ? " , I wasn't about to let him drive 1 foot . He looked at me for a minute ,  "Fine." , he slurred  back . Instead of taking him home i took him to my place to crash for the night , then tomorrow when he wakes , I'll try to get some answers from him .
