Till Death Do Us Part?

Rose POV

I know I was going to get a lot of questions about where I was and why I never texted them back. I really wasn't in the mood to be asked anything, I just wanted to go home. I didn't get any sleep and I was craving my drugs. I didn't have any left and I was shaking like crazy. I walked in the fire department and I was right, I got questions from everybody but I just told them don't worry about it. I kept my hands in my pockets so people wouldn't notice my shakiness. I texted my friend Sarah to bring me what I needed. But before she got there and we got a call.

* ambulance 61, respond to 1595 Paradise Street, stabbing victim.

We were on our way to location and so Sylvia asked "Has everything been okay lately?" , "Yeah, I just needed a break from my phone." I smiled at her, knowing more than well that wasn't the truth. We are out of there and all I could think about was one thing was, I hope Sarah is at the fire station when I get there. I couldn't focus, so Sylvia had to do most of the work. After we dropped off the patient you can tell Sylvia was annoyed / worried. "What was up with you back there?" She said . "Why does it matter?" , I yelled back being the annoyed one . "You wasn't doing your job, that's why it matters ." She yelled back . "Just drive ." I said , we got back and I got what I needed , feeling much better .

Sylvia POV
Something was up with Rose as she was acting funny. We was on a call and I did all the work. I couldn't keep this from Chief, cause I didn't want her to screw up on a patient. " hey chief can I talk to you?" I asked chief . " yeah, what's wrong?" He looked concerned " I don't want to be a snitch, but for some reason Rose has been acting funny, and today when we was on that call she just looked at him and did nothing it's like she was distant from reality." I didn't feel the best for having to tell Chief, but it's best for Rose and the next patient. "Thank you Sylvia, I will take care of it ." He's smiled at me, but I could tell he didn't want to do anything to Rose, but he had to.

Rose POV

I was talking to Squad when Chief came to get me to talk to me. How to find what is about, and I was dry on what it was about. "Rose , I better have a good explanation why you wasn't doing your job at the stabbing victim scene?" He looked at me with anger in his eyes. I sit there for a minute then responded , I've had alot of stuff on my mind and haven't been able to focus lately." He looked at me for a sec . "I'm going to give you a month of personal time to fix everything you need to fix and try to get your head screwed on currently. End of this conversation. " I was pissed Sylvia told on me, whatever I'm out of here. And my 1 month started and I was glad.
