Special Suprise

Joe POV

I wanted to suprise Rose with a special gift that I think she would love. Rose was with her friends, catching up on girl stuff, the usual. She thinks I was doing a side job with Casey. I wanted to get her a nice peice of jewelry she could were anywear, all the time. I picked out the perfect peice. "Is this all for you sir today?" Asked the jeweler. "Yeah." I semi-smiled "She'll really love this!" Said the jeweler. "Yeah, I think she will too!" I responded with a smile. I paid then was on my way home to get ready for our dinner date tonight.

Rose POV
Its been about a week sense I was released. Today I was hanging with a few of my friends from back in high school. After a few hours of hanging with my friends I decided to go home and get ready for the dinner Joe was taking me on. I didn't know where he was taking me, he just told me to wear something nice. I got home took a shower, blow dryed my hair, put on just some mascara, foundation, powder, blush, and some lip balm. I wanted to keep it very simple as possible. I want to my closset to find a nice outfit. About 5 min of searching and matching I finally found my out fit.

(I did not put this outfit together. I found it online, just like all my other pics.)

(I just want to point out that they don't live together just yet, but they do sometimes spend the night at each others house.)

Joe POV

I got home and started getting ready. I shaved, and well that was mostly it. I got on my nice outfit.

After I got my outfit on I put a little cologne on, and was out the door to pick Rose up. The location I picked is abosoluty beautiful, and I know she is going to love it.

*at Rose's apartment

As I parked the car, I texted Rose to let her know I was outside.

Joe: Hey babe, I'm outside.

Rose: On my out now. ;-)

I got out of the car and waited for her to come out. A few minutes later and I see her walk out. I couldn't believe my eyes. She was beautiful, gorgeous!!! She took my breath away. "Babe, close your mouth before a fly flies in." Rose said laughing "What do you think?" she asked spinning. "You look absolutely beautiful. Wow!! I'm one lucky man." I said as I still couldn't believe my eyes. "Thanks hun, You look handsome yourself." she said back smiling. "Shall we get going?" I asked as I help my arm out for her to hold onto. "We shall." She responded back. The thing about Rose is she dosnt try to hard, she keeps everthing simple and sweet. 

Rose POV

Me and Joe talked and laughed on the way to the restaurant. He pulled over. "Everything ok?" I. Asked. "Everything is just fine, put the blind fold on. I want to suprise you on the location." he responds back. I smile "oook" I said. Once I got the blind fold on we was off again. About 5 minutes pass and we come to a complete stop. "Alright are you ready?" Joe asked. "Yes, can I take the blind fold off?" I said smiling. "No, not yet." he said. I heard him get out of the car. I waited in anticipation to see where we was.

Joe POV

I got out of the car and walked over to Rose's door and I opened it. I helped her out and she held onto my arm so I could guide her to the destination. About a minute of walking we got to to where we was going. "Ok, you can take the blind fold off now. " I told her. As she took it off and was looking around her eyes lit up and she had her beautiful smile on."O my , Joe you did not have to do all this for me. Jo Jo I love it so much. Wow! Thank you so much." she said As she turned around and kissed me. "Let's go eat." I told her As we broke the hug.

We ate and talked for a while. When we was both finished we stood up and looked at the view for a bit when I decided it was time for the surprise.

Rose POV

We was looking over the city when I felt Joe let his grip go from me. When I turned around I didn't see him at first, but then I realized he was on one knee. "Rose, I wanted to take this time and ask you a very important question. The day you came into that firehouse I was shocked to see you but so happy at the same time. I was so glad to see you and your beautiful smile. Your smile can light a room, but it lights up my world. You show me what it means to be loved, and I wouldn't trade your love for anything. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, so Rose Jones, will you marry me?" he opens the box with a beautiful ring in it. "Yes!" I said as he slipped the ring on my finger we kissed for a bit and enjoyed the view some more before we went home, and enjoyed the rest of the night together.

IT FINALLY HAPPENED GUYS, THEY FINALLY GOT ENGAGED!!!!

The reason I have so many pictures in here is because I wanted you guys to have a clear understanding of what everything looked like, if you would like to see more chapters with pics let me know, if you don't like it then you don't have to worry because I won't be doing a lot of chapters with pictures like this, only the very special ones like this one.
