Alexandrews's POV

It has been two weeks since the incident. I know that I have moved on, that's what I'm trying to believe and what I keep on saying to myself, but I can't seem to concentrate properly with my work. Few days from now I'm going to meet up with the CEO of Enchanted Scents, I'm hoping that meeting will go as planned.

Sir, I have to send out some important papers to Clouds Constructions now. I'll be back before lunch.

I didn't bother to give a reply because I know how hard headed she is even if I tell her not to go. Jeez.

Another message arrived and I thought it came from her to nag me until I say 'K'.

Hey Bro! Day 1 of Fashion Week will start next week. I'll be giving out the invitations soon. BE THERE. Ciao.

She informed me. . . More like she is giving me no choice but to go.

When I was about to start working on some files my phone started ringing. Someone's calling me and it is from a private business number, which tells me, it is business.

"Hello. Alexandrew West speaking."

I introduced myself.

"Mr. West, it is finally good to talk with you on the phone, personally. This is David Harrins and I am eager to tell you that Harrins Corporation is welcoming you for a merger."

"Wow. That's great. So, when are we going to sign contracts?" This is great. Harrins Corporation is one of the biggest corporation in the United States. I have been wanting to have this merger since I took over the company. I know David personally but we are not like those dudes having a friendly night out. Let say, we're an acquaintance.

"The contract is ready. All you have to do is show up here. What about tomorrow? Or if you want now? So that you'll arrive later this evening."

"I have files waiting. So, I'll take the latter suggestion."

"Great! I'll see you Alexandrew."

And that is how our conversation ended and I made a call to my secretary making her to rush back to her place and bring some clothes that will be good for two days.

"Yedin! We'll be leaving in an hour. Go back to your house. Get clothes for two days and I'll pick you up."

"Give me 30 minutes sir, I'll wrap up everything here. . ."

"We're going to U.S."

"WHAAAAAT?! But. . ."

*Smirk* You'll be able to manage your time pretty well Ms. Baek. Good luck. That little girl of a secretary, she knows how to use her time up to the last second.

"Mr. West, there is someone looking for you. His name is Joshua."

Oh I remembered. The friend of my friend has a friend which is a friend of my sister whose name is Mica told me that the friend of his boyfriend needs a work and he is an architect whose hobby is painting.

"Good morning sir. I am Joshua Rain Lee."

"Please take a sit. I've heard from Mica that you're an architect. And I tell you, you came to the right place."

"Uh - what would it be sir? I assure you that I won't let you down."

"I want you to sketch an interior and exterior design of a coffee shop which will be near a river and few feet away, there is a kindergarten school. I want you to make it inviting for all ages."

"You picked a good place sir. And interior and exterior designing my forte. When do you want to see the designs?"

I'll give him enough time since I'll be busy for two weeks and the coffee shop is not a rush. I got that idea from Yedin by the way. She found that place quite lonely and away from nearby shops. Many people go there because of the river so it is not that quiet. For Yedin, there is a big difference between lonely and quiet.

"Two weeks from now. Will that be enough? I can give you extra days after two weeks."

"I think sir that would be enough. It will be good to let you check the designs so that any changes you want to change can be done."

"Good idea kid. I'll meet you when we get back from a two day trip."

He left after that. If you're wondering why a millionaire like me settled for an architect who doesn't have a name in the industry? It is because I want to give him a chance. The coffee shop is not a major project but also important since this is the first coffee shop I'll be building. Coffee shop is different from a restaurant, let me make myself clear.

Grabbing the files I'll be bringing to U.S., my mac, my Iphone6s, my fountain pen that I love so much because i have no idea why, my coat and of course my car keys. After that, I made my way to the parking area of my company. I have to make it fast since I still need to pack some clothes.

30 minutes and I'll be there. You better get ready.

I checked the time and by the looks of it, we'll be arriving at around 6 in the evening in U.S.
