Gabbie's POV:
It's been a month since Josh and I were in the woods together. School had gotten harder, when I say school I mean the teachers had got meaner. I told my mum about Josh, she didn't approve. She said that having a boyfriend corrupts people's minds. Obviously I disagree, Josh is the best thing that ever happened to me; I love him.

"GABBIE WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!" I flinched at Mr Stewart's deep and intimidating voice.
"Uh sorry Sir, I was just thinking."
"WELL YOU SHOULD BE LISTENING YOU STUPID GIRL!"
"Sorry Sir."
"HET OUT OF HERE, YOU'RE ACTING LIKE A ZOO ANIMAL."

I swiftly stood up and walked out of the room, showing no expression on my face. But inside was a different story. Inside I was a crumbling mess.

I stopped outside the door and sat on the bench awaiting yet another punishment for nothing. He came outside and looked at me with menacing eyes.

"STAND UP GIRL. SHOW SOME RESPECT FOR YOUR ELDERS."

I stood up and looked at a random door blankly, bored of the repeated conversation. Teachers never helped, they only made my depression worse.

"HOW DARE YOU INSULT ME BY BOT LISTENING IN CLASS."

I rolled my eyes at him and walked back into the classroom, gathering up my stuff.

"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!"
"Leaving. I'm not standing up for this abuse any longer."

Josh, who was sat next to me, started to pack his own stuff up too. I smiled to myself and walked out of the room. Josh caught up with me and intertwined his fingers with mine.

"Where do you want to go?" He asked
"Away from this town. Are you with me?"
