Motivation to Procrastination

I'm not lazy if I'm doing something else,

Homework? Oh, I need to repair this shelf,

I can't forget to check my mail,

And tumblr's not gonna like itself,

I get work done...last minute,

Maybe the best motivation's not procrastination,

Maybe organizing my pencils can wait,

Or maybe I need emancipation,

From all the school work,

Then again it's not clear,

Where I'll end up if I don't,

Final destination is a rational fear,

I'm not much of a survivalist,

I'm more of the lay-flat-on-the-ground-guy,

And then try not to get stepped on too much,

And I'd miss eating pie,

I guess I should get to it,

They say time waits for no man,

Now to that homework........

right after I look at pictures of cats in a van.
