Important note in the end
Danielle Elizabeth Edwards
"That was some good lunch." I comment as I wipe my mouth with the napkin.
"It sure was." Harry adds, "I actually miss going out with you. These busy schedules are just messing things up." He sighs and leans back on his chair.
"It's a matter of months and then we'll see each other everyday. So much that we might get bored of each other." I take a sip some wine.
"Oh come on, I'm not going to be a boring man, I'll never get bored of you." He looks all cute. I can't believe I'm actually marrying him. Back when I met him, I would have never thought that one day I would even date him.
Harry asked our waiter to bring the bill. He placed his credit card in it and we waited till he came back with the card. "So, do you have any plans? I thought of going to the movies with you." He looks with hope.
"I can't." I sulk a bit. "Why not? You got some work?" He asks.
"No, I just need to go to Callie. Something about the gown." I tell him.
"It's ready already?" The waiter comes back and hands Harry his credit card. "No." I chuckle at his assumption. "It's a little trial. She'll work on it from it." I say as I get up from the seat.
"You know, I would have told you to skip it but since it's for our day, I won't say anything." I place my hand in his and walk out of the restaurant.
"You know, if you really want to spend more time with me." I play with his fingers. "You could come over. Mum is meeting up with a few of her friends and I've got the house to myself." I try and get him to come over.
"Now Dani, we need to keep it low, you know our hormones." He chuckles a little, I knew what he was going on about.
"Nobody told about making love here, Harry." I sigh and say. "Callie was right, all you all can think of is that. I thought of watching movie and cuddling or even just makeout a bit. But since you're thinking of -"
"Wait, I'll come over. I'll pick the movie as well." He stops me, I smile , "I'll get the snacks ready."
The valet man informed Harry that his car has arrived. We got into the car and I asked Harry if he could drop me off at Callie's office.
We arrive in front of the office I was supposed to get off at but Harry behaving like a little boy. I kiss him a short on the lips and tell him he would get the rest when he came over.
I got out of the car and walked into the place. I greet everybody I see and walk up to the door that opened to Callie's office. I knock on the door and wait for her response. When I did, I open the door and I see my sister standing in front of a mannikin.
"Oh you finally came!" She exclaims when she sees me standing in her room. "I was having lunch with Harry." I explain. "You don't have to explain anything. I'm just excited with what I'm working on but I need to see my draft on you before I finalize all of the patterns I'm planning to add." She walks to her large cupboard in the room and pull out a white gown. A simple white gown.
"Why don't you go on and wear this and come back here." I nod as she hands me the soft silk gown.
Callie had a tiny room in her office where she had some of the new designs that she works on. I removed the clothes I wore and slipped into the soft fabric of the gown.
It was pretty, it was simple yet I would love to wear this.
I stepped out of the room and stood in the center of the room. Callie was on the phone, I patiently wait till she was done with the call. She kept the phone down and looked at me.
