Calliope Jane Edward

"Thank you." I thank he waiter as he placed our cakes in front of us, he nods with a smile and turns away to attend to the other tables.

"You should have seen Harry's face when Evan asked Harry to watch him and me dance." Dani begins to say as she takes a little bit of her cake with her spoon. "I don't know how he managed to stand there and watch. If eyes could kill, poor Evan would have been dead." I laugh as she spoke about her dance session.

"But seriously Callie, you should have warned me about how hot he was going to be." I chuckle.

"It slipped my mind. I mean I thought it would be Darren teaching you two." I lie and take a little of my cake with my fork.

"I remember when Louis and I went there." I begin to say. "He didn't want to stay but he insisted that he'd stay after he saw Evan." I laugh and say recollecting all that happened three years ago.

"Wait! He was the guy that taught you that that day?" I nod.

"Well, I had a good time with him." She chuckles.

We continue to have our cakes and Dani continues to tell me about her colleagues at work. She starts to tell me about her giant work after we were done and we walked to some shops to buy presents since Christmas was around the corner.

"I was thinking of getting Harry a pair of socks for Christmas." I frown and look at my sister. "A pair of socks?" She begins to laugh.

"Just a prank!" She laughs. "I wanted to buy him a cufflinks. Maybe even a shirt." She tells me.

"You're not leaving much options for me, Dani." I chuckle as we walk into a shop. "What would he even want?" I ask her.

"He'd be happy with anything, you know that." She checks the shirts that were folded on the rack. "You need to get something good for someone else." She turns to me.

"I don't know if he's going to be here." I say knowing exactly what she was trying to say, she shook her head. "You know what I mean." She sighs and turns back to the shirts.

I turn and check some of the t-shirts that were hung on the opposite to the shirts. What would I even get him? It's his birthday, he's going to be thirty!

I sigh and turn to some of the ties that were hung on the other side. They looked good.

Things definitely have changed between Louis and me but it's not on the page that I want it to be. I'm not sure if it would reach that page.

Dani ended up buying two casual shirts and a formal shirt along with two cufflinks for Harry, I didn't really find something Louis, I picked a shirt, a tie to go with it and a pair of cufflinks. That becomes his Christmas presents but nothing for his birthday present.

I would probably have to come again for that.

I ran to answer the door because the person on the other side of it was too impatient and kept ringing the doorbell.

I open the door and I see Harry standing outside.

"One must be chirpy on his birthday." He steps in and gives me a hug. "Happy Birthday Boobear!" I groan as he wishes me.

"I'm thirty." He chuckles. I close the door and head with him to kitchen.

"How does it feel to be thirty?" He sat on the kitchen stool and set two mugs on the counter and pour some tea into it. "I just turned, I can't really say anything about it." I say.
