After a few days Iroh and Nami where able to talk through code in the bricks. they used numbers to corespond to letters in the alphabet for A it was 1 knock and two in a row for B. Iroh and Nami had planned to escape at some point, Nami suggested at night as her bending was stronger and it be easier to get away as well.
Nami sat as a guard dropped a small bowl on the ground and slid it over as he then left the room. Nami took the bown sitting to eat as she sat back at the wall looking over at her hidden little bowl, it had some water in it from doing a work out and using the sweat to build up enough for an escape later on. Nami ate her food then stood and jumped up to the bars above as she pulled her self up and down and did this over and over as she made her self sweat as much as she could to get more.

A few days past and Iroh and Nami put the plan in to action. Nami waited till a Guard left after checking on her, Nami then got up and bended the water from the bowls she had hidden; she had enough to make her arms like octopus on each from her elbows down.
Nami attacked the bars making them weaker as the guard heard and came in as Nami bended the water to grab him and pull him in to the bars and his his head on the bars. she grabbed the keys as she could get out of the cell and met Iroh out the door and ran with him down the hall to an exit and escape the Fire Nation.
Iroh Traveled with Nami for a long time taking turns through the night for sleep. one night Iroh sat with Nami beside the fire, Nami bended some water from the river to slowly heal her burned arms
" how are you feeling Nami....you haven't said much" Iroh asked looking at her worried as she hadent said a word since they left the Fire Nation
" i just cant believe that Zuko, betrayed me......." she sighed as she looked down her arms where better a little
" He is just confused......he didn't know that his mothers grandfather was Avatar Roku....it is hard for him. but I don't know what he will do know that he knows" Nami nodded as Iroh spoke as Nami looked at him " once we travel more we are going to meet a group of masters.....the white lotus"
Nami nodded as she yawns a little and Iroh saw she looked tired and offered to take the first watch, Nami agreed and layed on the ground to take sleep. Iroh thought Nami was a kind and caring girl more than Mai who he knew Zuko liked. Nami slept in to the night as Iroh placed a cover over Nami
He knew all about here that her mother had escaped the prison many years ago, but for Iroh he knew Nami was mother-less and Father-less and for a child of 15. Irohs hand traveled to rub her hair gently like a mother would do and it looked like she relaxed in her sleep.

Nami and Iroh then arrived at a wall that had a large chunk out of the wall, Iroh's face lit up with a smile as he helped.
" we are here" Iroh said as he walked in with Nami to a small cam with tents set up. as Nami looked around 4 oldish men came over " its an honour to see old faces again " Iroh said before laughing
"Iroh who are you travelling with" a man asked having shaggy white hair and a scar on him eye and beard. the man stared at Nami who stayed close to Iroh
" this is Nami a water bender, she was raised in the Fire Nation.....we escaped the prison together........she is with me" Iroh said and the rest of them seemed to relax as they all wore odd like robes with a circle like parts that was right round the shoulder
Nami bowed at them a little in respect, the rest laughed and Nami went with them all in to the camp. The Old masters spoke about why they where together even if they where from different nations; It was fun Nami thought just to sit with them and talk
"So tell us Nami your skill level......... how is you bending" Pakku asked Nami he was a water bending master as he smiled
" um....well i have some kill, I'm not a master.....but Katara taught me some things " Nami smiled at him as he nodded when one of the masters started to hand out bowls with food " Thanks ...... may i ask why are you all together?" Nami asked wanting to know why all of them where gathered
" we are planning to take back the Earth kingdom, from the fire nation" King Bomi said as she watched him laughing with a slight snorting
Iroh went in to his tent as Nami ate her food, she knew that since she got captured the Earth Kingdom. Nami looked down thinking about Zuko. she wanted to know if he was still in the Fire nation. Later that night Nami noticed the Masters heading to the entrance where Iroh and Nami came in.
"where are they going" Nami said to her self as she got up from her sleeping back; Nami followed them getting some answers from Mater Pakku. he mentioned that they saw people near where Iroh and Nami came in.
"we spotted some smoke out with the camp, we are thinking that people are near" Pakku said as they walked up the rocks to see a group of people but it was hard to see them from the darkness
The Fire bending master bended fire to go around the people and leaving no way out. Nami's eyes when wide as she saw the Bison, she looked around noticing the Avatar's friends, and Zuko and one woman she never knew. Nami couldn't see Aang as she looked really worried.
" Well Look who's here" King Bomi said laughing as he snorted a little as everyone smiled happy to see the masters
When Nami saw Zuko who looked at her she looked away a little. as the masters let them selfs calm down Nami helped Pakku put out the fire. the Masters walked down to stand with them as Nami followed.
" Whats going on....were surrounded by old people " Toph said raiseing her hands up a little looking slightly confused
" Not just any old people.....these are great masters " Katara said as she was looking at Pakku talking to him as well as Sokka
Nami stayed to walk at the back to go back with Appa as she petted him, she still loved Appa he was just so amazing. that night after Zuko went to talk to Iroh. Nami sat with the others as Suki kept looking at her.
" Can i help you?" Nami asked looking at Suki
" Oh Nami this is Suki, a long friend.......Suki this is Nami, she saved Aang back in the Earth kingdom" Sokka smiled as they
" well I'm sorry about what happened, i tried to protect Aang from Zuko but i was captured........I'm glad i escaped with Iroh" Nami smiled a little. When Zuko came over Nami got up and turned away walking off
" I'm Thinking she's mad at you Zuko......" Toph said crossing her arms. Everyone laughed a little at Zuko who sighed
" Yea.....she didn't even take my help when she was a prisoner......i want to say I'm sorry" Zuko sat with everyone he sort of looked pathetic sitting their
" No offence but you betrayed her......it took us a while to forgive you " Katara shrugged a little as she went to speak to him alone about it " Zuko you told me you left Mai because you where confused"
Zuko nodded telling her what he felt about Nami needing a girls point of view that what it could mean what he was feeling. He needed advice
Katara Laughed " Zuko.......you are feeling.....you love her Zuko" Katara placed hand on his shoulder a little explaining to him why he was feeling this
Nami had left to stand at the wall that she first came in needing some space from Zuko, she still felt hurt from him betraying her and staying in the Fire Nation, but at the same time she was happy he was on the good side now.
