I hear the door open and feet shuffling over to me fast,

"Katie's leaving." Harry says suddenly. I put my water on the table and widen my eyes in confusion,

"What do you mean?" I ask. Harry rolls his eyes as if it's the most obvious thing in the world,

"Leaving, leaving! Going back to California!" He shouted. He grabbed my arm, "C'mon, we have to go!" He said, trying to pull me out of the dining room and to the front door.

"Harry I can't just go stop her." I say, ripping my arm out of his grip, "We broke up." I said. He turned to look at me, his eyes were determined,

"What do you mean you can't just go get her? Do you still love her?" He asked. I sighed,

        "Yes."

"Do you still want to be with her?"

        "Yeah."

"Would you do anything for her? Even if it was risking your well being, or job?"

        "Of course."

"Then lets go." He said, grabbing my arm and pulling me out of my mother's house.

There were two major airports near Doncaster, Robin Hood and Humberside. We drove to Robin Hood first, there was no flight to California; we wasted  a lot of time  their to search for the flight list. We then drove the thirty seven miles to Humberside, there was only a half an hour until Katie would board her plane.

When we arrived, Harry and I ran into the airport as fast as we could. My heart was thumping so hard I could hear it. I couldn't lose Katie.

"I'll go left, you go right." Harry said. I nodded and ran to the nearest TV. screen that had a list of all the flights.

Flight: 4422  Departing to: London Gate: B3 Time Remaining: 21 minutes

Flight: 3658  Departing to: New York, USA Gate: C5 Time Remaining: DELAYED

Flight: 956  Departing to: California, USA Gate: A2 Time Remaining: 15 minutes

I stopped reading when I saw the word California and immediately took off into a full on sprint, I dodged people as best as I could, my feet hitting the ground hard. I bumped into quite a few people, some dropped their bags and luggage, on any other occasion I would go back and help pick up, but I didn't have enough time too; I would feel guilty about it later.

I found Gate: A2, and could see a line in the distance, the people were beginning to board their plane. I ran to the line, and immediately spotted Katie.

"Katie!" I yelled. She looked around, searching for the voice that called her name. Her eyes landed on mine, though she didn't seem surprised to see me. She looked away quickly and continued to move in the line. I ran to the line and grabbed her hand,

"I need to talk to you." I said. She widened her eyes,

"Louis what are you doing here? I can't talk!" She said sternly. I squeezed her hand and pulled her into the nearby bathroom. I checked all the stalls to make sure no one else was here, "Louis this is the woman's bathroom." She commented, though I ignored it. I walked back up to her,

"Katie, you can't leave." I said frantically. My voice echoed off the pink shaded walls. Katie rolled her eyes,

"Like you care." She said, trying to leave the bathroom, I stood in front of her.

"Just hear me out," I asked. She put her hand on her hip and tapped her foot on the tiled floor,

"You have one minute." She said. I murmured a 'thank you' before telling her as much as I could in a short amount of time. I told her about management, how if I didn't go back to Eleanor they'd put me on lockdown and try to ruin her life. She listened intently, though her reaction afterwards surprised me,

"How dare you!?" she yelled once I was finished. I gave her a confused look, wondering why she was angry. " You lied to your fans, to me, to yourself? I didn't know I could be that easily replaced by your job."

"Katie-" I said. She pushed me away,

"Just leave me alone Louis. I can't do this anymore." She said, she seemed exhausted. I grabbed her hand,

"I was protecting you, don't you get that?" I tried. She shook her head,

"I guess I don't." she ripped out of my grip and stormed out of the bathroom, heading back into line. I followed her,

"Katie, I love you!" I shout, walking back up to her. Strangers gave me weird looks though I kept my attention on Katie, "It's you, not Eleanor." I command, desperately needing her. She looked me in the eyes, one single tear dribbled down her cheek."It's you Katie. Please, please don't leave." I pled. She looked away, wiping the tears from her face,

"I can't do this, Louis." she whispered before walking down the airport isle, getting on the plane, and leaving; taking my heart with her.

I sauntered back to the car, Harry was sitting in the drivers seat. His eyes were wide with hope; when he saw me walking alone, it turned to disappointment. I opened the car door and got in the passenger seat, slamming it shut.

"Did you find her?" He asked. I sat back in the seat and drew out a long breath,

        "Yes."

"You did? Well where is she?" He looked around the parking lot.

"On a flight to California." I replied. He snapped his head towards me and looked me in the eyes. He could see my seriousness. He then slammed his hand on the steering wheel, making the car give out a beep of the horn.

We then drove away, the entire ride in pure silence.
