Chapter 19

(YO-KUN)

"Put her on the bed and tie her hands she'll be in a lot of pain she'll probably put up a fight!" Frank shouts as help Segi carry Maddie to her bed.

This is actually happening.

Maddie has been coming to for a second and is out cold the next as Frank and Donovan was on their way.

Frank gets a large black bag out dumps a pile of tools of things you see when you're performing surgery on someone.
Segi ties Maddie's hands to the bed and she starts shrieking like a maniac and makes Segi's ears pop and starts pouring down a bit of blood.

"IT HURTS MAKE IT STOP PLEASE!!!" She screamed.

"I don't understand she hasn't even gone to through the first stage of labor why is she already onto the second stage!? " Donovan says

"That doesn't matter right now. Maddie is in great distress and we have to remove the baby immediately before it causes more damage to her." Frank's says seriously and begins to set up his tools.

"The morphine should help. Her contractions have already started I can't imagine the unbearable pain she's in right now." The frantic Donovan injects morphine inside Maddie who hasn't seen affected by it yet.

"GEEZ THIS HURTS PLEASE JUST GET HIM OUT ALREADY!!" Maddie screams, she's getting paler and sweaty and blood is running down her legs.

"Maddie your gonna have to push now ok! The longer the baby is in there it's going to die! " Frank yells and I look at Maddie who looks scared out of her mind.

"Can't I just pull the baby out of her?" I shrug

"That's not how it works. She needs to do it herself. " Segi says quietly with a look of I guess worry on his face.

Should I be worried too?

I'm interrupted by my thoughts as another shrill scream from Maddie as she starts pushing and blood starts squirting out of her birth canal and hitting Frank's glasses.

"I CAN'T DO THIS OH MY GOSH MY INSIDES ARE RIPPING APART!! "

"Can't we perform a c section?! " Segi asks frantic and more worried.

"No. The baby is probably moving around violently around her right now putting up a fight. If we perform a c section we might harm him and Maddie. This is the only way. " Frank stares at him with a look I can't describe. Does he think she'll die?

"Come on Maddie you can do it! Push! " Donovan tells as he injects more morphine in her.

Her screams become more louder and shakier. I feel like if she screams any more she'll end up crushing her own voice and I'll end up deaf, I think Donovan and Frank are almost at that point.

"Ok! Ok! I see its head Maddie you are doing great keep pushing!! " Frank yells in encouragement.

Segi grabs Maddie's hand for encouragement and I watch him smile as Maddie crushes his hand to the point where a bone popped out as she screams in agony as she pushes harder.

He cries in a way I never heard of. His shrill shrieking cries pop Donovan and Frank's ears that they put on ear buds to prevent more damage to them.
Maddie is out cold, it took all of her strength but she did it.

"Her vagina is torn and it's probably going to take a while before it forms back the way it originally was. I don't think she'll wake up anytime soon. Labor is never this quick I'm sure her body is very weak and exhausted." He looks at Izumi and observes every inch. "His nails are extremely sharp and long. He must've done some damage to her for a while now. Also his teeth has already grown. All sharp and straight. That's the only thing we can see physically right now." Frank says handing Izumi who seems to be calming down to Segi who looks excited.
He brushes his hand on izumi's bloody face and head.

"Well aren't you in a mess? Let's try to not give your mum a hard time now yeah? " Segi laughs

Segi twitches his bloody ear "Wanna hold your son?"
Before I say anything he walks over to me and hands him to me.

"Hold him with both arms and don't hold him to tight but not too lose to the point he might fall. Babies are fragile little things." He informs

His body is hot, Maddie's blood is covered all over him. I wipe them off of his eyes that are shut tight. He's fast asleep. I never knew babies can be so delicate. If I squeeze a little harder I could easily crush him.
I can't lie and say this doesn't fascinate me.

I study his long sharp nails. They're just like mine. I lift his lip a little and it exposes his tiny sharp straight teeth. Mines more jagged but he must've got it from me.

He takes a chomp on my finger and I grunt as he took a tight grip on it.

"Segi he bit me and he won't let get go."

Segi laughs and walks over to me and gently pulls Izumi off my finger. There's tiny bite marks and its oozing blood.

"I'll give him to Nora and get him all cleaned up. " Segi walks out with Izumi in his arms and I look back at the pale, exhausted looking, sleeping Maddie.

I'm sure when she wakes up she'll be pleased to see Izumi

I pat her blonde little head.

"You did good."

It's been two days. Izumi has pale icey blue eyes. I've been told I had the same color when I was little. I'm sure Maddie will be jumping up and down like the weirdo she is when she finds out.

Its the fifth day and Izumi already started growing hair fast. Its a really bright blonde color. He starting to look a hell of a lot like Maddie. Segi has been growing very attached to him and Izumi really likes him, I guess that's good.

Almost two weeks now. Maddie still hasn't woken up. Izumi had grown a lot during this time.almost two feet. Donovan says he has the body of almost a two year old, me and Izumi barely cross paths. He's usually always in the lab with Segi making sure they don't do anything extreme on him for Maddie's sake.

"Maddie is awake! " Nora shouts as she bursts through my door.

It's about time.

We all walk to her room with Izumi in Segi arms pulling on his gauges.
"I'm sure Maddie would want to see you holding your son when you walk in. " Segi says and plumps Izumi on me and starts staring at me with those big eyes of his.

This is awkward.

I'm not use to looking at him, I hardly ever see him actually. I'm still processing on how I helped create this kid and now he's here in my arms staring at me with a smile on his face and now starting to pull my hair.

The fact that he's my son still surprises me.

We open the doors and we find a frail Maddie in bed and Donovan and Frank standing on the side of the bed, they all look up at us and Maddie and I lock eyes on each other
There's no expression on her face. Her eyes drop Down to my arms and her eyes water when Izumi locks eyes with her and smiles.

It's time for her to meet our son.

Yay I made a more quicker update!! Huzzah!
I'm trying to update more faster now, now that my writers block is out of the way now and now everything will go by smoothly! :)
