It's been seven years. Seven long years since I last saw Yo-kun, the boy I've been madly in love with since we were kids. Has finally came back into my life and is standing right in front of me. This just feels like a dream.
" The toilet got clogged and the mirrors were dirty. Did I do something wrong? " Yo-kun says bluntly
His voice sounds soft and deep and pure, it really feels good to hear his voice because I've forgotten how it sounded like. It's music to my ears that I can hear him talk for days.
Segi face palms himself and rolls his eyes. "If you get frustrated over things you don't take it out on the objects! Now Mike is gonna have to pay for all this! "
"Sorry."
"Don't say sorry to me dumbass!....Anyways you remember Maddie right? " Segi pushes me towards him and I stare at him while he looks down at me. He's so tall.
" h-hi " I stammer
Crap I'm so nervous! What is he gonna say?
He leans down and grabs my chin and studies my face. My eyes widened and I blush
Holy crap what is he doing?!
"You sure have changed Maddie." He says
"S-so have you." I say nervously
"You really have a body of a woman now, especially with your chest. "
I push away from him and cover my chest. "Don't look at me like that!! "
How embarrassing!
"What? It's not like it's bad to acknowledge your body. "
"Maddie over here as you can see is a bit shy Yo. " Segi says jumping in to our conversation.
"Segi what were you doing with Maddie? " Yo-kun asks.
"We just ran into each other, it's a bloody miracle. " Segi says while chuckling
"She wants to know why we came here, so I'll leave you to tell her. "
Segi pats my head and winks at me and leaves the bathroom leaving the bathroom to ourselves.
We stare at each other which felt like forever. What do I say? What is he going to say? Just knowing that he's in front of me makes me forget how to breathe. I'm so nervous.
I take a deep breath and try to get my words out.
"Ho-how have you been Yo-kun? "
He grins and brushes his hair back
"I see you still call me that, nobody ever called me that but you. "
"Well Yo never really sounded like a name to me " I laugh
"That's true. "
"So what's up with ummm your
eyes? Last time I saw them they were like greyish blue. " I ask
" they're still trying to perfect the drug to have better eye sight, Segi was the last person who tried it and it failed. "
"So that's why he's blind now?.."
"Yes. I really don't know how my eyes are black now but it hasn't affected my vision. "
He talks as if he doesn't care about his appearance, he doesn't seem to mind that his eyes are black now when they were so beautiful back then.
Why doesn't he care?
"Anyways you wanna know why I'm here right? "
"Y-yes! " I stammer
