I'm with laz picking out his outfit since he's going out on a date tonight I'm not telling Lauren because I know that she'll freak and I don't want to scare the poor girl but I'm actually surprised that laz isn't nervous for his date
"Yeah I think that's good" Lazarus said pointing to his outfit and I nodded my head and we walked down stairs and Lauren looked at us

"The mall" I said which is true because that's where the haircut place is and Lazarus' date
"Really me and the girls were going by there today to look for Demi's birthday present" Lauren said as I nodded my head

"We can meet up there if you want" Lauren said and I really didn't have anything to say because if I say no she's going to know something's up and if I say yes she might see laz and his girlfriend so I don't know what to do

~skip car ride~
"Really dad why would tell her yes" Lazarus said and I looked at him as we walked into the haircut place
"Look okay it's fine when I see her and she asks where you are and I'll tell her that you ran into some friends and I let you go with them" I said and he just nodded his head and then his name was called since it was his turn
"Okay what do want to do with your hair" the barber said as laz handed him the book and pointed to a picture and the guy nodded and got to work
"Dad" laz said and I looked at him through the mirror
"Yeah" I said as he opened his eyes
"Can I get gauges" Lazarus asked and my eyes almost popped out of my head
"No your mom would kill me and plus I think your to young for that" I said honestly and he just said okay
"Alright we're all done" the barber said and laz got up and nodded his head for approval and I walked over to the register and payed
"You're hair looks good" I said and laz just smiled
