~* Venus's POV *~

Ten minutes later, Liam still hasn't spoken. Bullet wounds were scattered over his body as well as bruises. I had injected a drug that would keep him awake the whole time, without him falling unconscious from the wounds. He felt everything, all the pain I had inflicted this whole time. I was actually surprised that he hasn't spoken. But that didn't stop him from screaming. Boy, can he scream loud...

"Ciel, care to have a little contest?" I asked with a sinister smile.

He smirked, "I would love to."

"Whoever can make him talk first, wins. Each time we get five minutes. Are you ready for the challenge?"

"I was born ready."

"Well then, ladies first," I said teasingly, handing him the gun. He sent me a playful glare and snatched the weapon from my hand.

His finger hovered over the trigger as he aimed. A bullet being fired rang throughout the room, followed by Liam's pained screams. He shot near his low abdomen causing blood to seep from the wound.

"You are now paralyzed from the waist down," Ciel said maliciously.

I was actually impressed by his precision and skill with the gun. I would have never thought of causing him pain for the future. He shot one of the nerves that connected the legs to the spine, cutting off their connection meaning, he was most definitely paralyzed from the waist down, never to walk again.

The Earl threw his fist forward. A loud crack was heard, the sound of his jaw dislocating making me cringe. He groaned in agony. Ciel had used his hand with all his rings, making it even more painful for the victim.

"Tell me who the leader is!" he shouted but Liam stubbornly shook his head no.

"Time's up, my turn," I stated. He sighed, as if he wanted to continue, then reluctantly took steps back.

"Watch and learn," I smirked and approached the man who was shaking like a leaf, pure pain written all over his face.

I grabbed my switchblade and flicked it out, gripping it tightly in my hand. Unlike the Earl, I knew who Liam was. And I know that he is arrogant and fond of his looks. I knew exactly what to do.

"Once you and your puppies have taken over London, what would you have done, mmh? Be wealthy for the rest of you life and have tons of beautiful mistresses by your side?" I sneered, grabbing his face, making him glare up at my cruel eyes.

"That actually doesn't sound that bad," he croaked, a sense of mocking laced in his voice.

I held my blade beside his nose, cutting a deep wound, speaking venomously, "would the ladies find you attractive after you have no nose?"

His eyes widened in panic. Hook line in sinker. Liam was always boasting about his attractiveness and that was his weakness. Boys are always going to be boys.

I applied more pressure, cutting deeply before he finally cracked.

"Okay, okay! I surrender! I'll tell you everything!" he cried out.

I smiled victoriously, pulling away from him. His eyes held relief as his nose was still intact.

"Looks like I won," I bragged, speaking towards Ciel. He sighed and said in disappointment, "I believe so. What would you like as a prize?"

"I shall think about it," I said playfully then turned towards Liam. He really did look terrible. His beat up form made me feel slightly guilty. Why do I feel this way? He hurt me. He deserves everything he gets.

"Now, tell us who is the true leader of the Dark Knights," I commanded, narrowing my eyes at him.

Suddenly, his lips tugged into a smug smile. I furrowed my brows in confusion. Why the hell is he smiling? There is nothing to smile about!

"I love the design of your clock, Earl," Liam stated out of nowhere. Ciel and I glanced at each other. Did I break him too much that he's gone insane?

"In exactly five seconds, the Phantomhive manor will be invaded and under attack," he revealed making my eyes widened. Has he been staring at the clock this entire time, waiting for the right moment to wage this invasion?

Just like he said, a few seconds ticked by before a loud crashing sound was heard from above us. It sounded like windows shattering. Loud shouting and yelling were heard as well then bullets going off. It sounded like a full scale war was taking place.

"Sebastian will handle this," Ciel dismissed, like the fight going on was nothing. I stared at him incredulously. There was at least one hundred men associated with the Dark Knights. Can a butler handle that?

Liam scoffed, "You have too much faith in Sebastian. Do you really think I didn't prepare for this? Battling a demon? Trust me, there are certain things that can bring these hell creatures down."

My blood boiled at the word demon. Ciel glanced at me in worry, knowing that I have quite the temper when it came to those vile creatures. But the Earl also looked panicked from Liam's words. Did he really know how to bring down a demon?

The door banging open was suddenly heard behind us. Five men with heavy guns piled in the room. I pulled out my gun and shot one down but I felt a bullet pierce my hand making my drop my weapon and groan in pain.

"Venus!"

I heard the Earl shout my name in panic. I gritted my teeth from the pain then ripped some of the fabric from my shirt and wrapped it around my wound. Shit, looks like I need stitches.

"Sebastian, I order you to come here at once!"

The butler appeared before his master. Ciel had ripped his eye patch from his face, his satanic purple eye glowing as well as the demon's fuchsia colored eyes.

"I apologize for my tardiness. It appears as though the bullets contain some kind of anti demon properties."

It was only then did I notice Sebastian's appearance. He has bullet holes torn through his clothing. His wounds would have already healed due to his inhumanity but for some reason, none of them were healing at the right pace.

"I told you they came prepared," Liam smirked, now untied from his chair. One of the men supported Liam because now, his legs were paralyzed thanks to Ciel. He would be like that for the rest of his life. I couldn't help but to feel satisfied with his suffering.

Sebastian, Ciel and I were cornered, all guns pointed towards us.

"You asked me who was the true leader, right?" Liam questioned. I narrowed my eyes at him.

Suddenly, a bomb was thrown towards us, landing at our feet. I gasped and took steps backwards only to find my back pressed against a wall. Liam and his man rushed out the door but Liam paused to say something to us before leaving. What he said next completely shocked me.

"Christopher Faye is our leader."

My eyes widened in disbelief. No way...

With that, the bomb went off. I felt unbearable pain before everything went black.
