"Okay, I remember everything, Xander. Not to worry. I'll remember the three-pointers distract, attack but fast... " I said blowing out the air I had sucked into my cheeks.

Xander caressed my bottom lip with his thumb whilst momentarily eying my lips.

I swallowed hard and watched as Xander bit his own bottom lip and smirked, "just remember. I got your back babe, although I don't think you'll need any help."

Evelyn came back into the picture with a hair tie to pull back my hair into a tight ponytail like hers.

"Yeah you are going to be so badass out there, you are the hottest one out of them all, the hardest to get and the biggest threat. I won't even worry a smidge. Xander and I will cheer you on. Trust me," Evelyn smoothed down my hair.

"Thankyou guys. To be honest I feel good about this stage. With you two as my mentors, I have almost nothing to worry about. You are like my best friends, thank you." I embraced them both into a group hug.

"Get ready girl, two minutes until the second stage begins." Evelyn notified.

I exhaled.

Hopefully last night's heated session has paid off and Zac will cut me some slack.

Wait. Evelyn.

She is Lord Titan's cousin.

Maybe I should question her about that after stage two.

An hour later...

Cathryn's POV~

"Zac, what did you do this time?" I positioned myself in my seat, watching the venue flood with more and more people that had most likely been here for the first stage too.

My mother and father hadn't made it to the venue for the second stage yet, they had to be greeted by some "important" people.

Me and Zac were sat in our grand seats watching down on everyone less fortunate than us.

My other brother was nearby sat in the mentors' section, chatting to Evelyn Natalya's other mentor with a full on smirk.

I bet he is flirting again.

Like he does, all the time.

Believe it or not but there was a point where Xander was worse than Zac. It's still pretty close. Xander is just good at hiding his bad side in front of people he wants.

Actually, now I think about it, ever since Xander met Natalya, he hasn't been as you know reckless and inconsiderate as before.

Before he was just pure evil. Like him and his group of high-status friends plus Zac were causing more deaths than miracles across the regions.

I can't say anything. Almost all my past ex-boyfriends, I have killed, without even laying a single hand of them.

My ability and all.

"I haven't done anything, why do you think so less of me, sister?" Zac had clearly had the best dream in the world last night. The nonstop smirk that has been plastered on his face all morning says it all.

I rolled my eyes whilst crossing my leg to go over the other, "you are smirking, deep in thought. I know you've done something bad."

Zac grinned and his eyes flashed silver, "your eyes just flashed, you are definitely hiding something. Did something happen with one of the girls? Did you kill someone? Are you planning something?" I questioned curiously.
