Day 11/Part 2

NIALLS POV

"Listen, I know she's suppose to stay here but I think she'll actually go insane if she has too, she feels alone even if she's surrounded by all her friends, it's something she can't even describe herself, and I honestly think she was feeling more alone than usual that day. Please let me take her home, she won't do it again, I know she wont." I pleaded.

"Niall it's to big of a risk, I know you want to take her friend home and take care of her but right now she is a danger to herself and she is far from being mentally stable. I understand that this is a complicated situation, I am assuming another reason she wants to go is because Harry is here, if that is too big of a issue I can move her to another hospital." He pointed out.

I looked around the huge office trying to figure out a smart argument but I couldn't think of any, in the end he was right, she was a danger to herself and she's mentally unstable but one thing I know for sure, keeping her here isn't going to make anything better, if anything it'll make her worse. I tapped my fingers against my knee and took a big breath.

"Doctor Carson, I've been looking after for almost 6 years, I'm the person that knows her best, I know her weaknesses and her strengths, I can read her when something is completely wrong, and because of all that and all I have been though with her I know this isn't helping, and I get it, you are the doctor and you know best and I know that you are right but you don't know her like I do and I know she wont try this again, and I know I can help her get back to herself, bed rest and medication will not get my best friend back you have to trust me on that, you have to trust that I know what's best for my best friend. So please, let me take her home." I addressed.

He let out a deep sigh and fiddled with his tie, adjusting it and then tightened it again.

"She has to check in with me two times a week for a month, and I think finding another therapist would be good for her too." He stated in a deep voice.

A tiny grin appeared on my face, "So I can take her home?"

"You can take Allison home on those conditions." He murmured.

I stood up in excitement with a smile on my face, "Thank you so much sir," I said sticking out my hand to shake it "I will take really good care of her, I promise." I exclaimed.

"I know you will Niall, I just need you to sign her discharge papers and then you two can leave." He said firmly, handing me a pen and sliding the papers over to my side of the desk.

I signed the papers, thanked the doctor once again and walked out and there was Allie, sitting with her hands under her thighs, her long hair French braided into two with leggings and her stripped t-shirt dress on, her legs were swaying back and forth. She was staring dead ahead in at the wall, probably in a deep though.

"Al?"

"Mhm sorry I was day dreaming again" she smiled, shaking her head slightly.

"So I got some bad news kiddo." I trailed on.

Her smile faded quickly and she continued looking at the wall.

"So I just talked with Doctor Carson an-"

She cut me off before I could even finish my sentence, "Let me guess I am too mental to leave this place" she huffed.

"Would you let me finish and hear me out?" I growled.

"Sorry" she mumbled.

"I just talked with Doctor Carson and looks like you'll be coming home with me, I know you rather go to your own place and what not but I think it's better if you stay with me"

She whipped her head and looked at me with shimmering eyes.

"Wait... I can go home?" she questioned.

"Well technically not home, my place but-"

She stood up and jumped on me, wrapping her legs around my back and holding me close, her hair smelled like vanilla and coconut, as always. I wrapped my arms around her and started to sway back and forth a little.

"Niall I get to leave and go home" she whispered against my neck.

"You're welcome Al" I whispered back.

"You're seriously the bestest best friend in the whole entire world"

"Oh I know, tell me about it" I giggled against her ear.

"I'll even make you dinner tonight to show you how much I love you" she proposed, then she hopped off me.

"Allie, lets be real, you cooking for me is going to be you ordering my favorite pizza." I laughed.

"Hey asshole it's the thought that counts, plus I get credit because I am the only one who knows your pizza order by heart." She stated, giving me a small playful push.

"Lets here it"

"Spicy peri peri chicken pizza, with green onions, purple onions red pepper and barbeque sauce" she sassed.

"Plot twist the only reason I stick around is because you know my pizza order." I said completely serious.

"I knew it all along, I just didn't want to admit it to myself. Thanks for telling me the truth" she sighed.

I burst out into a fit of giggled and she ended up joining me.

"Hold on I just need to go say goodbye" she said looking up to me with a small smile.

"Who do you need to go say goodbye too?" I asked.

"Harry of course."

"Shit of course, I'm sorry, I'll she wait out here."

She sent me a small smile and went skipping off into his room. I stood close to the door and ease dropped a little.

"I'm get to go home today Harry, I mean I was only here for three days but that was long enough for me, I wish you were coming home with me, every time I leave here I can feel the huge part of me missing, which is you. Your bread has grown awfully long so I promise I will shave you tomorrow, gotta keep you looking sharp. Niall's been taking really good care of me, he's like a dad sort of but don't tell him I said that, you have good people taking care of you too Harry, and you're going to be okay, we are all going to be okay we just have to hang in there for just a little while longer, I miss you a lot as usual and I promise you my love is only growing stronger for you, I love you and I will see you tomorrow." she said in a soft voice while tracing the arm tattoos lightly.

I hadn't realized that I was crying until I felt a tear drop fall onto my hand, I quickly whipped it away before Allie came hopping back out of Harry's room.

"Ready to go order pizza and watch something about animals?" she grinned.

"Of course, lets get out of here and get some rest." I said quietly, putting my arm around her.

"Thank you again Niall, I couldn't make it without you." She whispered before resting her head against my arm as we walked.

I didn't answer her, I just smiled and gave her a small squeeze.

A/N: Hello everyone, I am so terribly sorry for not updating in so long. I have been having some struggles writing because sometimes I have no ideas and sometimes I honestly feel like I have to drag myself to my computer to write and I dont want that either. On a bright note this is finally a semi happy chapter, for once Allie isn't crying! I also hope to be updating more because I finally have some good ideas. -A
