Chapter 17:

**Nelly's p.o.v.**

Today is the day i get a new heart. I have to go into surgery in an hour. Luke hasn't left my side allll night. Not even to pee! How does he do that?!

" Nelly, you have some visitors. " the nurse said poking her head in the room.

" ok, you can let them in." I said and muted the tv. Me and Luke were watching PLLs.

" Hey baby girl. " dad said walking in. " we have a few people here."

" who are they? Wait, is it a few? Or is it like its gonna become a party?" I asked and Luke bursted out laughing.

" noo, wait. Maybe. " he said and opened the door.

The lads, Calum, Michael, Ashton, the girls, Lindsey, Amber, and dads family walked in. They were all carrying different things.

" oh my god. That's a lot of people." I whispered to Luke. He responded by chuckling.

" hi cupcake." Harry said coming over to me. " i got you this." He handed me a cupcake stuffed pillow and 2 balloons.

" thank you haz" i said pulling him in for a hug.

" KITTEN !" Niall yells and runs to me. My eyes go wide and he hugs me. I hug back, then he pulls away and looks at me. " this is for you." He handed me a big kitten stuffed animal and some balloons.

" thank you my snowflake." I said patting his head. He chuckled and walked by Harry.

" me and Zayn are gonna give you ours at the same time. Ok?" Perrie said coming up to me. I nodded and laughed.

She pulled her hand out from behind her back and it was a huge card and a lot of balloons.

" woah. Thank you guys !" I say hugging them.

Michael, Calum and Ashton all walk over and give me a smile. " we combined ideas and we got you this." Ashton says and pulls out a big 5sos blanket.

I laugh and pull them in for a hug. " thank you guys. Since i have to stay here for about a week after, i can use this instead of the crappy hospital one !" I say and they laugh.

" excuse me ! Our turn !" Lindsey yells and the 3 boys move. The girls faces have huge smiles on them.

" oh god." I mutter.

" we got you this." Amber says and pulls out a big pillow with all of our faces on it. " also, we got you this for your room." Lindsey says pulling out a big picture that has a collage of all of us from when we first met to now.

" awh ! Thank you!" I yell and hug them.

" Nelly ! How are you sweetie?!" Jay asks walking up to the bed with everyone following her.

" im doing fine. Just cant wait til i get my new heart. " i say and she just laughs.

" wellllll, we all decided all together of what to get you. " Fizzy said smiling at me.

They hand me a big poster that everyone wrote on, like a big get well poster an they all wrote different things. They also had like 10 balloons attached to it.

" wow, thank you guys !" I said and hugged them all.

" for my favorite cousin." Lilah said coming to my bed. " i got you this." She said and pulled out a charm bracelet. " i have the same one. So when ever we find a new charm, we get it, and who ever has the most charms wins. " she smiles and i laugh.

" thank you Lilah. " i said hugging her.

" an last but not leastttt. " Luke said from beside me.
