Chapter 15:

**Louis' p.o.v.**

All i remember seeing is Nelly fainting. Everything was fuzzy after that.

" call 999!" Niall yells.

I drop to my knees and hold her in my arms.

" come on Nelly. Please wake up, please. Im begging. I cant loose you, your mom and your sister. Please Nelly. " i say shaking her.

" Lou.. Her heart." Luke says looking straight at me.

I cuss under my breath.

" guys ! We need the ambulance now !" I yell picking her up.

I hear the sirens and run outside. The guys are running over to me.

" we were asking her questions an she just fainted. She has had resent heart failures though. " i explain while running to the back of the ambulance.

" how resent ?" One asked.

" last year. " i say and he nodded.

" are you coming ?" He asks from inside the truck. I nod and hop in.

This reminds me of when she was 12. When she fell down the stairs. It was like it was yesterday, but now she is older, obviously not more mature. If she is part of our family. You will never be mature. And that's a fact.

" sir, we are here. " he says and we rush out. They rush into the hospital and run down the corridor. I try running with them but the nurse stops me.

" you can't go down there !" She yells at me. I huff and go sit down in the waiting room. There wasn't many people there. Only about 4.

Not for longggg.

The door bursts open and the cold, November wind hits me like a ton of bricks to the face.

" Lou!" Harry yells and runs to me. Only Liam, Zayn and Harry are here right now. Niall must be with the other 4.

" where's Nelly?" Liam asked looking down the hall.

" i dont know, they wouldn't let me down there. I am her father though. " i huff and sit down.

The door opens again and i shiver. Good. Can people stop opening the door. Its cold.

Niall, Luke, Ashton, Calum and Michael come running in.

" did you hear anything yet?" Luke asks right as he walked through the door.

" nope. Zip, zero, nothing." I say looking at my lap.

My phone starts going off. I pull it out.

A FaceTime?

I answer and it shows Eleanor and Rosie sitting on a little bed.

" do you miss your little princesses?" A voice asks through the phone.

" where are they ?!" I yell.

" oh, don't get too feisty. They are safe, here with me of course. Dont worry Tomlinson, i haven't hurt them... Yet." He laughs.

" Don't touch them!" I yell.

" i make no promises"

" i swear to god, i will kill you. " i hiss.

" lets make a deal. I take the girl, you get the two. " he says seriously.

" no, i will not trade you Nelly. I want all of them at home safe. " i say sternly.

" last time i checked, you are at a hospital with Nelly. What did she do now? Run into a wall?" He asked chuckling.

" no. She didnt. She is having another heart failure because of you!" I yell.

There was a silence.

" another? Because of me?" He asked softly.

" yes, because of you. "

" what have i done? " he said but i don't think it was to me.

" goodbye." I heard him sniffle. His he crying?! Then the screen went black.

" who was that?" Harry asked standing besides me.

" it was whoever has Eleanor and Rosie. When i told him the reason i am at the hospital is because Nelly is having another heart failure because of him, his voice got soft and he started crying." I shrugged.

" did he say he wanted to hurt her in any way?" He asked.

" no he did. " i said and he nodded.

" Nelly Tomlinson's family?" A nurse said and all 9 of us stood up. Her eyes went wide.

" that's us." I said looking at her.

" follow me. " she said and started walking down the corridor.

" Nelly has had another heart failure. This one is much worse than the other ones she has had. She is going to need another heart this time. Right now, we don't have one. " she said. My heart dropped.

Don't have another heart?!

" Are you nuts ?! How do you not have another heart?! Shes dying an you are just standing here telling me she needs another heart yet you don't have one ?!" I yell.

" im sorry sir, but this is life. If happens. You can go in and see her. She is asleep, please do NOT wake her up." She said and opened the door.

We all walked in and sat down all around her bed. She looked dead. Her face was pale, her chest barely moving up and down and her mouth wasn't in a smile like it usually is.

We sat in silence for a few minutes until Luke said something i thought i would never hear him say.

" I'll give her my heart."
