Chapter 20:

**Nelly's p.o.v.**

I woke up to mum, dad, Luke, Rosie, Lilah and Harry. Did they watch me while i slept?

" hey cupcake." Harry says quietly.

" hi guys " i say back and everyone smiles- except for Rosie. She doesn't know what's going on. " yes?"

" you get to leave today. But in like 5 hours. They have to check up on you to make sure you are ok enough to go home. " dad said.

Yay ! I get to leave this place ! No more crappy food !

" i can see your getting better Ms. Tomlinson. " Dr. Richards said coming into the room.

" yeah, i feel better too ! " i said smiling.

" well that's good ! We will be back soon to check your heart. Are you hungry ?"

" ok, and yeah, but do i have to eat the food from here or can one of them go get me McDonald's? " i asked and he laughed.

" sure but just dont tell the others i let you ok?" He said chuckling.

" my lips are sealed. " i said putting a hand to my mouth. He laughed and left the room.

" so, which one wants to get me my food ?" I asked them with a smirk on my face.

" i'll go." Dad said getting up.

" yay ! Food !" I yell bouncing.

" im glad we have our Nelly back." Harry said and everyone nodded in agreement.

Dad left with mum and Rosie, so it was just me, Luke, Harry and Lilah.

" sooo, anything new happen?" I asked awkwardly.

" we'll, besides Niall's new stupid girlfriend. No.. Wait, can anyone else tell he's changed?" Harry asked.

" oh, i can soooo tell. He yelled at me. And no one- not even dad, yells at me. " i said getting mad.

" ok, lets not talk about this anymore. So, hows it going. Like how are you guys ?" Luke asked trying to switch the subject. He obviously doesn't want what happened before, to happen again.

" we're good. With my job, it has been hard. There is this little boy Ryan in my class, and he has leukemia. He is bald now, and it reminds me of how i was. I feel absolutely terrible. Its so hard seeing little kids have cancer like me. Iv been praying for him ever since i met him." Lilah said sadly.

" awh ! I wanna meet him !" I yell and her face lights up.

" really ?!" She asks with a big smile on her face. I nod, smiling and her smile grows bigger- if thats even possible.

" I'll bring him to your house tomorrow- since you dropped out of school. Ok? " she says, the smile still on her face.

" ok" i say happily. She pulls out her phone and starts typing, faster than i ever could, that says something.

" so Nel-" Luke started to say something but his phone started ringing. " hold on, its management." He said getting up.

I just nod and he leaves the room. Probably just about why happened on tv earlier.

" so Nelly, hows it going ? Like anything special happening soon?" Harry asks, trying to start a conversation.

" i dont know why?" I ask confused.

" your birthday is in 2 weeks ! " he said smiling.

Oh wow, i didn't even remember my own birthday. Im smart. #blonde
