I get it. [ Taehyung ]

"C'mon Y/N! It'll be fun!"

Your Bestfriend squeaked as she continued curling your hair.

You groaned cause Apparently, Your bestfriend decided to team up with her new boyfriend, Jimin (aka your brother) and Get You and Taehyung to date.

"But, He was your suitor. Wouldn't it be nice if You dated him and not me?'

You retorted as she finished styling your hair.

"WAS. I Kinda don't like him, and besides; i already Have a smoking hot boyfriend"

She responded and removed the curling iron's plug. You groaned.

"Fine. And my brother isn't smoking hot you shit"

You say and stand.

You check for final touches and went down stairs.

Not long enough, You hear a car pull up infront of your flat.

"Guess that's Him"

You sighed and grabbed your Hand bag.

The door bell rang and you swung the door open.

A Tall boy Casually Dressed showed up holding a Rose.

"You ready?"

He asked as he politely held your arm

You smiled and Nodded in return.

You bid your Bestfriend goodbye and turned away.

Slightly, you feel Taehyung Sigh sadly as he took a peek at your bestfriend before she closed the door.

As soon as you get inside the car, Taehyung starts driving.

Both of you sit quietly at first.

"You don't need to do this. You can always drop me off if you don't want to"

You mumbled making it clear enough for him to hear.

He softened and swiftly looked at you.
"I want to do this, Y/N. It'll be fun"

He says reassuring you.

Time flew by quickly.

The both of you ate happily.

Well atleast he was happy.

As soon as you both got there, he couldn't shut his yap. He kept talking about Your bestfriend which made you feel down.

Because believe it or not, you had crush on Taehyung.

Hearing say that Your bestfriend is pretty instead of him saying you were pretty kinda downed your soul.

But then again, you loved seeing him smile and hearing him laugh so you let him speak even though it pained you.

After dinner,

Both of you decided to take a walk by the nearest park.

You were again, silent.

He was ahead of you a bit swinging his arms like a child and sang to some song that made you smile abit. You on the other hand, took several pictures of him to treasure.

Sooner enough, he sat down on the bench and tapped the seat nearest to him.

You followed along and sat beside him not bothering to say a word.

"You have really pretty eyes, Y/N"

He spoke up making you glitch and stare back at him.

You leave out a small smile.

"Thanks. Likewise though"

You quietly reply making him grin.

Then again, everything drops silent.

Taehyung didn't know what to do.

So he inhaled and gtabbed all the courage he could get and grabbed you cheek twisting it to face him

You jolt up in shock but you relax when you figured out that it was just him.

He stared at you eyes for a bit and you did the same, everything seemed so slow as of the moment.

He started leaning in and you did to.

Once his Lips touched yours, your eyes automatically fluttered close.

Your Lips moved in sync.

He pulled back not even bothering to look at you.

You were about to speak when he started and breathed out.

But he didn't call you out.

"Irene."

He mumbled. He mumbled out your bestfriend's name.

Your heart fell as your gut twisted.

You didn't respond, all you did was stand up and walk away.

Taehyung on the other hand exhaled and looked up. When he saw you almost half way down the road it hit him. Everything hit him.

"SHOOT. Shoot shoot shoot"

He Cursed silently and started to run after you: screaming your name.

You tried to stop your tear but you can't.

'Why can't I be the one? Why am I always the Second Option? (A/N : Shameless Plug! Read my Jin Imagine aka Second Option Haha okay back to the Imagine) Why is it always Irene?'

You scream silently in your head.

"Y/N."

You hear a faint call.

Your breathe hitched.

You turned around but you didn't speak.

"I'm so sor—"

You cut him off as you held his hand.

"Taehyung Listen, It's okay. I know you love my bestfriend so much. I know that you will never fall in love with me cause i'm not her, i'm not that beauty queen every boy trips for, i'm not that sweet voiced girl that can make your heart skip a beat, & yes, i'm not that kind hearted pretty girl that can make you fall inlove. I get it, Taehyung. It's clear now. I'm sorry for wasting your time"

You lay out to him and walkd off.

He was utterly silent. When everything finally sinked in, he mentally cursed himself.

He was about to catch up but you have disappeared.

'Maybe all this time, it was you i was looking for'

He silently thought.

'I Was wrong.'

He exhaled

"Y/N-ah. I love you"

He mumbled before running.

After you of course.
