Chapter 4

KATNISS POV

I walk inside to see my mother looking at me with a cheeky smile.

"I saw" she says and her and prim start laughing. I turn bright red and try hide my face

"Awwwwww she's blushing" my mother and prim squeal

"So what's his name?" My mother asks

"Peeta" prim answers

"Come on I made dinner" my mother says while standing up

I sit down and eat dinner. Prim and my mother keep looking at me and whisper things to each other. We finish and Prim and my Mother stand up and clear the plates I go to walk up stairs but prim and my mother stop me. "We want details" they say and grab my arm and sit me on the sofa "nope no details" I say and bite the inside of my mouth "aww come on Katniss" prim says with the puppy dogs eyes. Ugh I have to resist "no-" before I can finish prim tackles me and pins my arms down on the sofa. "Spill" she orders she looks angry. It's actually quite scary "ok ok calm down" I say while getting back up "good" she says in a cute voice "spill" she says and gets comfortable next to my mother.

I tell them about today and Prim start squealing and screaming so I leave them down stairs. I go up to my room and put my head phones in and listened to my music. I am about to leave and have a shower when I get a text from clove.

Clove: I saw AWWWWWWWW xxxx <3 <3

Me: how??

Clove: I saw you leaving with Peeta so I followed, you guys are so cute together

Me: you stalker!!

Clove: heh heh heh

Ugh she is so weird.

I chuck my phone onto my bed and go have a shower. I wash my hair and put my pj's on. I go down stairs and get some milk and a cookies. I pass the lounge room to get my bag and see Prim and my Mother with stupid smirks on their faces. I shake my head and leave the lounge room and go up stairs with my milk and cookies. I just decide to go to sleep I'm tired even thought it's only 9:15.

When I wake up I see it's 7 :00. I get up and have a shower and put on some skinny jeans and green singlet top and my white converses. I leave me hair out in its usual waves and walk down stairs to have breakfast. Prim and my mother have stopped being stupid and prim tosses me a piece of toast. I eat it quickly and run up stairs to brush my teeth. I quickly run down stair and yell out to Prim and my Mum "BYE PRIM BYE MUM" I grab my bag and walk down the street until I see Clove,Annie and Madge "hey guys" I say as I jog up to them "hey lovebird" Clove says with a smirk. I blush and look down "awwwww she's blushing soooo cute" Annie squeals and soon I am crushed in a huge hug. "Can't....breath" I say and they let go " "come on before we are late" Madge says

When we arrive at school Annie goes over to Finnick and they start kissing "ugh" Johanna grunts walking up to us. The bell rings and we all walk inside. I have English first with Clove. We race to the back of the class and sit down. We are just talking when Peeta walks in, he smiles and sits down next to me. "Hi" he says "hey" we get out our book and Ms Trinket talks about something I can't be bothered listening to. Peeta slips me a note

P 'want to go to the meadow again today' I smile at this

K 'sure xx'

Finally school finishes and I meet Peeta at the school car park to go to the meadow
