Bokuto felt a small tap on his shoulder. He turned to see a breathtaking girl smiling at him. He returned the smile.
The girl extended her hand. Bokuto put his hand in hers. She placed her other hand on his arm. Bokuto's other hand was placed on her waist.
The girl took a step to the side and Bokuto followed. They moved in sync, in perfect unison, bodies fitting each other perfectly.
Bokuto gave her a small twirl, making her giggle. The girl's eye shone with love as he lifted her up and spun her.
Facing outwards, Bokuto held on to her arms as she lifted a leg and gave a small hop. He twirled her again so she could face him.
Bokuto gave her a spontaneous dip, making her squeal. One arm on his chest, she gave a short kiss. They waltzed on the grassy plain. Her ring glinted in the sunlight.
Bokuto's heart clenched as the girl gave him a painful smile. Tears slid down his face as he twirled her again. He pulled her closer to him, not wanting her to go.
He dipped her again. Instead of laughing, the girl gave a weak, watery grin. She moved away slightly and danced, keeping her eyes on him. Bokuto mimicked her.
After a while, their hands found each other again. The dancers held each other tighter. Not smiling any longer as they let tears flow down more freely.
The girl let go. Her hand clutched on to his tightly. She gave a small curtsy and kissed his fingers. Bokuto sank to his knees as the girl faded. She gently cupped his face and planted one last kiss.
The girl disappeared revealing a stone jutting out straight and perfect from the ground.
