Yifan continued walking without even bothering to see if I was following him or not. I guess it's been his habit that no matter where he goes, there would be people following behind him. He didn't have to look back to be sure.
I tried my best to keep up with him but between the students bustling around us, plus his long legs, I lost him quite a few times.
We walked back up the stair and away from the noise of the hallways that I began to get scared. He's not planning to scare or torture me right? Nonetheless, I followed him.
When I caught up with him for sure, he was in front of the locker's area of the varsities.
I was bending over; panting at the exercise we've just done but when he looked at me I got rigid and stood up straight. Yifan's that kind of person who can make you feel scared just by having him look at you. Or maybe that's just me.
"Get inside" he said with that commanding tone that I found myself unable to speak.
I got inside and he followed me while closing the door behind him
Fear crept up on me again. I was alone... with Yifan, whom is not my friend and certainly not someone I'm comfortable with. We were at the gym's locker room. I tried not to let my thoughts get to me at the fact that we were too far from the vicinity of the other students and that no matter how loud I scream here, I wouldn't be heard.
The locker's room is surprisingly clean, considering that it was guys who used the place. I could smell sweat and wet socks but I guess that was already given.
I looked back at Yifan and saw he was sitting on one off the two benches.
"Sit down" he ordered. I followed him without a word.
I waited for him to speak. He had his head down, eyes looking anywhere but me. What does he want to tell me?
"Did Chanyeol tell you anything?" he suddenly asked.
My heart skipped a beat at the mention of his name. Chanyeol? What did he tell me? I furrowed my eyebrows racking my brain from anything that we might have talked aboutyesterday but for some reason, his smile, Chanyeol's smile keeps me from thinking anything else other than that.
"I don't know" I answered Yifan truthfully. I stared at my hands just so I won't look at him.
He lifted his eyes and peered at me. I could see him even if I had my head down.
"Sehun likes you." He said as if he's stating something that was already obvious enough. If I wasn't sitting down, I would have lost my balance by his words.
"He doesn't" I said as steadily as I could even though my insides are shaking. Sehun doesn't like me. It was beyond impossible. I've stared at him far too long and he doesn't, not even once, laid his eyes on me. He doesn't know me until I had become friends with Chnayeol. That isn't true.
Yifan scoffed, crossing his arms while looking at me. "You should hear him talk every time after your History class. He's always Hina, Hina, Hina. It's getting annoying actually."
I stared at him as if he'd grown another pair of head. How could he so blatantly lie in front of me?
He rolled his eyes before continuing. "I'm the only one who knows about it so even if you ask Chanyeol, he'll tell you that no Sehun doesn't like you. Even his step-brother Luhan doesn't know about. And I guess Luhan wouldn't want to know that now that he's starting to like you too."
