Universal POV

It was completely dark as we snuck up towards the front entrance of the Nova Headquarters turned National Museum. "Someone could turn a freaking light on!" Korey complained loudly. Everyone shushed him.

"There are sound sensors all over this building!" Universal whispered loudly. "Do you want to get us caught?" Korey shook his head slowly. What type of security sociopath would have sound sensors all over the place? Novell, that's who. Universal answered her own question.

The villains stalked up to the main door and peered through the window. A lone security guard was sitting fast asleep in his chair. He was not a very good guard. Universal smiled and tried the door. It was locked.

"Figures." Aster whispered. "Security guard asleep, locked door. Just our luck." He glanced down at the loose handles. "Stand back." He said slyly. Everyone stepped away. Except Universal.

She pulled out her gloves and slowly used her red sparks to move the keyhole around. Then Comet swiftly elbowed the door open, just as Aster ran and jumped high into the air.

Aster fell through the open door and crashed on his back on the ground. All the villians burst out laughing as he groaned and sat up. They briefly forgot about the security guard. He all of a sudden sat up and whirled around in his chair.

"Hey!" He shouted. Meteor shreiked and hid behind Comet. Korey froze and so did Comet. Aster fell back down acting dead while Universal quickly shot the guard unconscious with a yellow blast from her gloves.

"I-I-I-I thought-t-t the gloves-s-s only shot-t-t r-r-red blasts." Meteor stuttered, still shaking. Universal noticed they were all shaking. Even calm Comet. They were really worried about being caught.

"Come on. Lets find those stones." Universal took off one glove and turned it inside out, forming three capsules for holding infinity stones. When everyone looked at her she shrugged her shoulders. "In case it takes dad awhile to get here."

The villians followed Comet who had memorized the entire map of the museum. She led them up two flights of stairs before they came to a long dark hallway. "I don't recognize this place." She whispered. They turned into the first room. They regretted that choice.

"Is that.." Korey started.

"Our parents." Aster finished.

The room had a large statue of Thanos in the middle holding the full Infinity gauntlet above his head, a power mad look on his face. "Dad?" Universal asked, her voice cracking seeing her fearsome father standing so mighty.

Ronan was on Thanos' left. His Universal Weapon above his head filled with Infinity stone power. Ready to smash into the surface of Xandar. Aster stared at the mad look in his Dad's eyes, shaking slightly.

Nebula was on Thanos' right. She was holding her favorite weapon in front of her like a barrier, a war face dominating her expression. She was poised like in fighting, knees bent, arms tucked at her sides, and a backward grip on her weapon. The background was the inside of the Dark Aster. "I'm never forgetting Mothers Day again." Meteor gulped.

"That can't be mom." Comet whispered staring at the fearsome image of the only adult that cared about her.

Finally behind Thanos was Korath, his twin guns held in front of him as he lept through the air, shooting at some enemies not in the picture. Or some good guys. Korey shook his head. "Dad isn't like that." He whispered.

"Well, next room!" Meteor called. When no one moved he called again, this time tugging Comet with him. Everyone moved to the next room except Universal. She stood there still looking at the villians in front of her. She knew they were evil, but how much evil were they? She thought of a song that Comet loved by Halsey. Gasoline. It fit this moment perfectly.
