This guy is basically the king of the forest. It's not clear whether the name is more connected to "Elf King" or "Harlequin," but there may be room for both, with a bit of Odin thrown in as well. He's known for luring people into the forest, especially children, like the Goblin King in the movie Labyrinth. Creepy dude.
