A/N: Hey just wanted to jump in here. If you looked at the title pic it is now 15 years later. Adrienne is now a potions teacher at Hogwarts and she is 28 years old now. Thanks!

"And that's where I'll end it for today. My story has taken too long as it is. But even though I only told you half of the story about my school life, it shows that even though I went through some tough times, and of course in certain times I did doubt myself, I continued to strive forward and look where it got me now," I said as I looked down at the second year student, Amelia (Mia).

"I suppose so. And you are a pretty great teacher," she said, looking up at me with a grin on her face.

"Thank you," I said, hugging her. "Now tell me what happened again, in more detail than last time."

"Okay," she said sighing and wiping her nose with her jumper sleeve.

(Flashback Mia POV):

I was walking down the hallway towards my transfiguration class and I had only set my books down to tie my shoes when some guy named Seth Cage came along and kicked over my pile of books, scattering them all over the hallway. Of course this didn't faze me too much but then he turned back around, kicking my foot so I ended up falling over in the middle of the hallway. And of course none of the other few students walking in the hallway helped me up.

"Go back to your own kind, fish," he mocked at me, pointing out that I wasn't a pureblood witch. That got to me because I try so hard to be top in each of my classes, just to show that "mudbloods" or "halfbloods" could do as much as purebloods could. I could feel the tears pricking at my eyes but I wasn't going to cry in front of Seth.

"Oh. Is poor little fish going to cry?" He mocked. I just picked up my books without complaint and fortunately a teacher came along and caught him yelling and mocking me. It was Miss Fey.

"Seth. Shouldn't you be in class right now?" She said sternly.

"Uh. Yes ma'am," he said as he scampered off.

"Are you okay Mia?" She asked me kindly.

"Yeah I think so. Just words hurt sometimes," I said, brushing myself off.

"Yes they do. Would you like to talk about it? I don't have to teach a class right now and I could make a note for you, giving you an excused absence."

"Um. Yes please. I think talking it out would help. Thanks Miss Fey."

So she took me to her office and gave me some tea. Then we started talking about what happened.

End of Flashback:

"And I just don't like how people like Seth always obsess over rank in terms of blood status," I said, sipping my tea carefully.

"I understand it," Miss Fey said gently. "When I was younger, I was in the same class as Mr. Malfoy, the DADA teacher, and he always pestered me about blood status and the fact that I too was considered a mudblood. It always hurt my feelings but I knew that I had good marks in all my classes and that was all that mattered. And in the end it ended up that I had to tutor Mr. Malfoy in potions and DADA and now he's teaching it. So I guess that backfired on him," she said smiling.

"Really?" I asked astonished.

"Yeah. So you see that blood status doesn't matter as long as you do your best in all your classes."

"I suppose that's true," I said, looking up to my teacher with newfound respect.

"It most certainly is. But do you feel better now?"

"Yes I do. Thanks Miss Fey," I said smiling.

"Good. Now hurry off to class. I'll write you a note."

"Thanks," I said as she wrote the note to excuse me from class.

"There you go. Now hurry off to class," she said as I scampered off with the note in my hand.

Adrienne POV:

Oh I remember those days of being teased for being a mudblood but being higher than everyone else in every single class I took, I thought as I tidied up my desk and got ready for my next class that I was teaching.

"Oh the nostalgia," I laughed as I gathered up my stuff and headed out the door.

A/N: And it's over!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry it was a bit shorter than all my other chapters. I hope you guys enjoyed it. Remember to vote and comment and share it with your friends if you deem it worthy enough. Thanks!
