"Well Belle. What do you think?" I said as I patted her neck as we stared out into the sunset. She snorted in reply and nuzzled my hand affectionately. Over the past couple of days, I had been trying to spend as much time with Belle as possible so we could bond together more effectively. We had also practiced flying together and she even allowed Draco and Izzi to ride her too.

We sat next to each other, staring out into space when I heard a rustling of the grass behind me and turned to see Draco emerge from the field.

"Hey," he said, settling down beside me. We stayed quiet for a while until he broke the silence. "It's quite nice out here."

"Yeah," was all I said.

After a while I turned to face him. "Hey. Why did you follow us?"

He stayed silent for a bit and then responded, "you see I've always been jealous that Potter gets all the fame and glory and I didn't want to let my father down as being the "good Malfoy." So when I heard that you two were going on this journey set out by Dumbledore, I thought I'd tag along and hope to share the fame. But let me tell you it was hard to follow you without you noticing," he said smiling.

"Well you definitely will share the 'glory' because if you hadn't blown up at the Ironbelly and ran into the Fireballs, we wouldn't have found them so quickly," I said, smiling reassuringly.

"Thanks."

Our talk was short-lived when Izzi came up and barged into our conversation. "Come on lovebirds, time to turn in for the night. We have an early start of flying tomorrow to go home!"

I saw Draco blush a little at the mention of "lovebirds" but I didn't care much because of the fact that we were going home tomorrow.

"Okay," I said as I jumped up with Draco following. "Come on Belle. Time to bed down for the night." We made out way back to the makeshift house thing that we made in the field. I fed Belle and had dinner for myself and then found my room and just crashed. I was super tired as we had spent the entire day flying and training and bonding and all that stuff. So I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.

~~~Next Morning~~~
So we had to wake up pretty early to get flying but it wasn't bad because the dragons could carry our brooms and dragon backs are much more comfortable than broomsticks. And it would also take less time to fly because we didn't have to get down and walk as much. But we did have to get down to water and feed the two dragons. Izzi and I were flying on Belle and Draco was flying on Charlie's dragons.
We had started flying and had gotten a little ways before mine and Izzi's conversation slowly died out.
After a while she broke the silence. "So...what was happening last night?"
"What do you mean?" I said, pretending not to know what she was talking about.
"You know," she said, nudging me cheekily.
"Uh no actually I don't."
"You know...with your boyfriend."
"Dude don't say it so loudly," I said, kicking he foot and smiling impatiently.
"So you do know?"
