It was surreal.

My brother was in the room with the Alpha Steven, Zack's beta and some elders of both the pacts. Apparently I wasn't 'invited' in the war council.

I had no reason to worry....after all my brother was in a roomfull of bitter enemies. I was not worried....not really......

Oh who was I kidding? Ofourse, I was. I was worried about my brother. Sure, he was an Alpha now and all but something could happen to him. All these Alphas had anger issues. Even my prick of a mate had them. I was susceptible to anger even. But control had been drilled into me by Eric.

Apparently, my only consolation was that they had kicked out Jason too because of his, quote, rather hostile and insufferable emotional personality, unquote. Okay maybe that wasn't what Alpha Steven said but that was what he meant. Really.

And just like that, watching that prick kick around at the wall, my mood became better. It was alright if the prick got thrown out too. It somehow minimized the injustice of being so rudely snubbed by those old pompous farts. Pack wolves, I snorted.

It was a good thing we were in the basement, right in the packs training room. I could definitely occupy myself with something useful, like annoying the prick.

I never did this but for now I was adopting a habit of throwing things at the said prick.

To say it was entertaining to throw stuff at him and watch his jaw ticking was an understatement. It was absolutely fun to tick him off. He got irritated easily.

I just picked up a metal rod and hurled it at him.

He jumped cursing as it whooshed past him. He gave me an incredulous look, 'What the fuck ? Are you freaking insane?"

I poked out my tongue at him and screwed my face in pain, while letting out a high-pitched girly voice, "Are you freaking insane?"

"I am bored and do not appreciate your pack kicking me out while my brother is in that room." I whacked a ball at him

He cursed once again, rubbing his leg. "Find some other entertainment!"

I suddenly got an idea and whacked him again, "Hey dung brain! I have an idea! Lets play a game where I hit you with these balls. The more the number of hits, well....I win!"

I whacked him once more, "Oh and that's for cursing in front of me."

He glared at me, muttering stuff before saying smartly, "Let's not."

He then turned his face towards the wall, keeping his back at me. Seriously? It's not like he could hear anything; these walls were soundproof. I feared for his sanity. I continued to whack him with ball, taking aims at his weird body parts - uh, you know, like his ears and his butt....yeah I think you got the picture. It was hardly any fun because he was so damn easy. Also he wasn't whining anymore. I rolled my eyes.

Suddenly he got up. He turned around and he had that annoying glint in his eyes that made me want to reconsider my plan for hitting him to get him to start whining because he was definitely planning something.

He grinned like a chesire cat.

He caught the ball that I flicked at him and laughed, "Now, this is hardly a fair games is it, Teressa."
