Third Person's POV:

She fails to hide her smile as she walks in the hall, holding her head high proudly. For years, she had been waiting for an oppurtunity to get back the hellhound for killing her daughter. Alas, revenge was sweet.

Now she was the one who held power. It was almost disgusting to see how regal and deadly the hell hound looked even when she was bound in chains. For an instance, she could see the plea in her eyes but then so had she begged the hellhound not to kill her daughter but had she listened? No. She had mercilessly killed her daughter.

She could never forgive the hellhound.

She had married that wretched man, lived a wretched life, all for this day.

The master moved forward, glancing at the hellhound before smirking. For revenge, she reminded herself. This was all revenge.

She could almost bear the closeness of the vile master of Hell for putting down the fire of revenge in her chest.

"What do you have for me, my sweet?" The master's words were a mere whisper, tickling her ear slightly but there was no feelings, just purpose and a vindictive glee.

"I know where she lives. I can get her for you."

"NO!" The cry of the hellhound was like a song to her ears, so sweet. It was time for the hellhound to taste her own medicine. Nothing gave her more pleasure than watchng the hellhound see her own daughter die.

She smirked, unable to hide her glee anymore.

Tress's POV:

See where your loyalties lie, sister

The words of my brother echoed and I punched the bag harder.

Loyalties. Where did my loyalties lie? Punch.

Certainly not with my father, if you could call that vile beast father. But I loved my brother and my mother more than anything and my son was my entire life. Punch.

But I couldn't leave this pack either. There were people in this pack I had learned to love. Sarah and Lea as well as the kids I trained, people who I had come to like. Jason was my mate, no matter how long I wanted to deny it. Punch.

I had made a deal with Alpha Steven that I would only train the pack. I had no intention to take a part in the war but how could I not take part in it now when the people I loved fought against each other? How could I stand aside and let them kill each other? Punch.

How could that beast of a man ruin me like this? Fighting on the side of that horrible man would mean betraying my mate and his pack. On the other hand, fighting my own pack would mean killing my brother, my father, my mother as well as innocent people and taking away safe refuge from my son.

The bones of my knuckles started to ache and sweat dripped into my eye.

I wiped it away with the back of my hand.

How could I tell my mate about my son? How could I divide my love between son and the man destined for me?

Punch.
