My Audition

The next week went by with filming and stuff pretty quickly. I had fun because the episode I was filming, Mel was actually in it and at the bunker while Same and Dean dealt with the darkness. On Sunday, James went with me to the audition to be Megan. I auditioned and things were going well. However, I didn't get the part. I didn't mind too much because I just auditioned for James mostly. But I had to go back to Canada for filming on Monday. It was going well for me when, on Wednesday, I got a call.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hi, is this Sara Ackles?" A man said on the other end.

"Yes. Who is this?"

"Hi. This is Mr. Zamboni from the movie Blackwater Cave." He said.

"Oh hi." I spoke.

"Sara!" My dad called. I guess I had a scene to shoot.

"Just a sec.!" I shouted back. "Hey, Mr. Zamboni. what's up?"

"Well, as you know, we held auditions for Izzy today. Everyone we auditioned was okay, but I feel like we want you for that part." He said.

"Really? Why me?" I asked.

"Well, you and James are already dating so everything would be natural. And, you fit the part better than you fit Megan's anyway. We just want you to come in and audition." He said.

"It would have to be Saturday." I sighed.

"That's great! Saturday at....four o'clock? Is that good for you?" He asked.

"Yeah. That's great. But I have to go shoot a scene. Bye. Thanks for calling." I said. I didn't have time to wait on a response because I had to bolt to the scene. I ran up to the scene and smiled. "Guess what?"

"What?" He and Jared said at the same time.

"Mr. Zamboni called me. He wants me to be Izzy, James' girlfriend." I said. We all looked at each other before bouncing and squealing like a bunch of fangirls.

"Congrats!" Jared squealed.

"Thanks!" I grinned. We were still jumping.

"When's the audition?" Dad asked.

"Saturday at four." I told him. He nodded and smiled.

"I'm proud of you sweet heart." He said. I smiled and nodded.

"Okay, let's get this started. Jared, Jensen, over there. Sara, you know where." Robert stated. I nodded and walked to my spot and had to frown. It was part of the job. "Action."

"DEAN!" I shouted at the top of my voice, stomping over to where Sam and Dean were. Once I walked in the room they were in, both boys looked at me. "What did you tell Lauren?" I asked.

"Nothing." Dad stated. I stomped up to him and glared at him angrily.

"Don't you even lie to me! She's in my room crying! What did you tell her?" I shouted. He looked at me and I noticed Jared beginning to walk away slowly, cuing my next line. "You too, Sam Winchester, you stay here." I said angrily.

"Look, Amy, all I said was that if she didn't leave she would get hurt."

"Don't give me your crap. What else did you say?" I said. He looked at me silently and I glared.

"I told her that if she didn't leave, she would die. The darkness, a demon, Hell, even an angel! None would hesitate to kill her. Hell, I would've killed her if Cas didn't stop me. She isn't made for this." He said. I just stared, my mouth agape.

"Why would you say something like that?" I asked. "She wasn't made for this because no one is. No one is made to hunt demons. It's not right. She's just worried about me and you tell her you would kill her? All she knows about you is why I've told her. You scared her....why is that something you would do?" I didn't say anything more, just ran out the room. My time was done for now so I just watched Jared and dad finish the scene.
