1 : Tough Antibodies

Averyn's POV

I was walking in the hallway with 10 minutes more before the bell rings when someone hung his arms around my shoulder. From the scent, I knew who is it. Darren Handerson, my boy friend. Please notice that the words boy and friend aren't close, clearing that he was my friend with opposite sex.

"Wanna hang out tonight?" he asked. I tilted my head a little to look at his face. I'm not too short but my height reached till Darren's chin. "The first class didn't started yet but you planned on going out tonight? Are you serious?" He rolled his eyes by my words. "That's what we call planning for the future," he declared.

We stopped in front of our lockers, which located next to each other and grabbed things needed from it while continuing our conversation. "So,are you in or out?" he waited for answer. I stared at my locker for few seconds,deciding the decision. "If teacher give us homeworks, we'll do it at my home and watching movies in my room. Deal?" He pouted, silently disagreed with my deal.

"That's a sleepover, Ave. I want a hangout with you tonight," he pleaded. Furrowing my eyebrows, I asked him curiously. "Are you sick or what?" He gave me a boring look. "Come on. I didn't come to school for a week. I got fever,right?"

"Are you going to redeem the times you missed with me because of your lack of antibodies in your so-called hot body? There's no use going to gym every weekend when you're weak being attacked by patogen in your body. You should give your antibodies workout so they can fight bacterias in your cells." He raised his hand on my face, stopping me from talking.

"Are you seriously going to give me a scientific speech right now? Or maybe we should run to our first class now because the warning bell is ringing, if you aren't deaf yet."

I sticked out my tongue to him,running to my class while shouting "I'm not done with you yet!" I swore my voice almost as loud as the bell.
