Seina 'Cin' Obuchi is a very smart and determined girl from a very religious family that believes in staying true to tradition and rising up. And so, she takes part in every tradition. Bit she gets older, and graduates from high school, she takes artitechure on her parents wishes.
However, the best college that offers architecture is located in a foreign in America city gone bad, full of sinners, and generally bad people. And that's when she meets Mia Espinoza, a Spanish girl who saves her from a train pervert. And suddenly she feels better about this all, now that's she friends with a strong woman who's very willing to protect her...
Until she learns that she's gay. And more specifically, gay for her.

Events that lead to them finally getting together--
Episode One- Mia saves Cin from a pervert,
Episode Two- Cin conplentates her meeting with Mia, and gets advice from her parents, while accidentally making them think that Mia is a boy
Episode Three- Cin goes on a mission to find Mia again, and saves her from a racist when she finds her
Episode Four- The episode starts with them walking Cin home, and finally formally introducing each other. We find out quite a lot about Mia, and Mia gives her the nickname, Cin. They then make the deal to look out for each other.
Episode Five-half hour special-- Time skip from the beginning of the school year to almost December, where when asked, Mia explains that she just doesn't like to celebrate the holidays because she'd be celebrating by herself. A flashback from Mia's life is seen. Cin then goes on a mission to make Mia's Christmas the absolute best it can be, for everything she's done. However, she overworks herself and collapses by Mia's home. Mia brings her And she wakes up with a scarf and blanket wrapped around her. A pissed off Mia instructs her to keep it, then scolds her about how worried she was. Cin apologizes, explaining herself, and leads her to the surprise she was planning. Mia is amazed and hugs her friend tightly.
They exchange presents-- for Mia new headphones, and for Cin, two pins to keep her hair back.
The episode ends with them relaxing under the tree, leaning against each other, and with this coversation.
(MIA)"You know, there's one present I didn't get for this holiday."(CIN)"What's that? I'll be sure to get it!"
(MIA)"Heh heh. Not something you can buy. But I have you mine, so it's only a fair exchange of you give me yours."*holds up mistletoe*
(CIN)".....nani."
(MIA)*slowly becoming embarrassed*"Well I mean not if you don't want to of course, I mean, I get it! I understand! It's I just mean--"
(CIN)"Mia are you... Lesbian?"
(MIA)"Yeah. Didn't I tell you? Cin? Cin, are you alright?"
And the episode ends with Cin passing out.
Episode 6- The episode starts with Cin in her room with the covers pulled over her head. Her phone keeps beeping. There's lot of unanswered messages from Mia. Finally, she grabs her phone, and opens them. It reads:

Mia: Are you okay Cin?
Mia: Seina?*
Mia: I didn't make you uncomfortable did I?
Mia: please answer when you can
Mia: im really sorry Cin
You: No, it's fine.
You: I'm sorry for freaking out like that.
You: Its just
You: Well
Mia: tell me
Mia: you know that nothing you say can hurt me right
Mia: i care too much about you for that
Cin: look it's just that my family is very religious and that we don't believe in
Cin: Yeah
Cin: I'm really sorry
Mia: Don't worry. I came on too strong anyway.
The point of view switches to Mia.

You: Anyway, I have some work to do. See you.
Cin: okay. Can I come over today?
You: not today
You: lots of work
You: tommorrow, though.
You: maybe.
And it zooms out to see Mia sitting in the dark. She tosses her phone on the couch and walks away, frustrated tears in her eyes. She goes to her computer, which has a background of her and Cin taking a selfie. She sees and her breath hitches. She opens up an email system.

Episode 7- A montage of Cin going to school, getting frustrated when her mind drifts to Mia, texting Mia with the same answer of not today, and repeat. This montage keeps repeating as she gets more frustrated and flustered. It finally ends with her texting Mia, "I'm coming over."
